  SnapTravel has consistently provided me the lowest possible rate at every hotel with no additional booking hassle. Whether I need a cheap hotel during a road trip or a more upscale option for a vacation I always use Snaptravel because I know that my booking will be ready to go when I arrive and any additional notes I leave will be accommodated without further requests. Their loyalty credits also provide a great incentive to continue to use their site for bookings if a trip will span multiple nights or multiple locations. I have recommended Snaptravel to friends and family and will continue to do so.

  Was apprehensive since Ive never heard of or used snaptravel before. I noticed they consistently had the lowest updated prices available online. I took a chance and experienced fast, no hassle service. Needed the best last minute price on a room with my HVAC off and water damage to clean. They saved $70 on the same room advertised with Expedia, etc. Thank you Snap!!!!

  I just used SnapTravel last week for the Holiday Inn *************** **. I Googled it for booking pricing and saw SnapTravel in the list. It works through Messenger, that's different, but OK, let's try it. I put in my request and within minutes I got a much lower price than the other booking sites, including the Holiday Inn members site. The price included the buffet breakfast that others were charging for. Bonus.The confirmation had everything exact as should be, no surprises, including an optional tip of various $ amounts to add in or not, my choice.Hotel check in went smoothly. Check out did too.At the end of the rental period, SnapTravel sent me a $30 credit voucher to use on a future booking, which I am sure I will be using.

  Found Snaptravel on Trivago. Lower prices then majority of the companies out there. Booked quickly and easily. Was reminded of my booking via text and email. Was given directions to the hotel. No issues when checking into the hotel. They found my booking by my last name. Overall a great find. Will definitely use their services again.

  Snaptravel misrepresented their services twice. First by claiming they were offering a discounted rate. The rate they offered was higher than what was available by calling the front desk of the hotel. Second they advertised amenities for the room purchased that did not exist at the hotel and never had.The hotel charged much less for the room than snaptravel but snaptravel has so far not refunded the difference. They have sent non replies and automated messages. Scam business. You are better calling the hotel directly.

  By far the cheapest I have found! This is a real deal and have never had any problems with them. I was skeptical at first but since I have use it for 3 places and they all were just fine! Keeps you updated with the hotel and weather when youll be be arriving!
