    Horrible customer service. They charged me for a room I booked. Got to the hotel with 2 kids- to find out the hotel had been booked for days. Couldnt reach a rep. ***** later- they put me in a hotel I never would have booked. No refund. Not even a response from customer service. They offered me a coupon to use there service again! I paid for a service I did not get and I cant even reach them to get a refund. Auto response email says they will get back to me within 2 days. Its been a week and nothing. They are accepting payments for hotel rooms that are not available. And then keeping the money. BBB should put a stop to this.

    My daughter has used Snap Travel several times and recommended me. The booking process is very easy and the price of the hotel was the best I found online.

    I wouldn't trust the reviews on SnapTravel. I booked through here because it was the best deal that I could find for my trip and it was too good to be true. I booked 2 months before my trip and called the hotel for something unrelated to the reservation, but while calling, I inquired about the reservation just to make sure. To my surprise, they couldn't find the reservation (now two days away). I was transferred to the hotel manager who "found it" but the reservation was incorrect and I was told it was submitted wrong by the booking company but they could fix it. In the middle of the conversation, I was placed on hold and accidentally hung up on. The manager apologized and said I should call the booking company because the reservation wasn't working and they were at full capacity. After calling SnapTravel about the ordeal, they adamantly blamed the hotel and did not offer any actual help. I was then left to sort it out myself with the hotel, which had to actually rebook me and honored the rate I was given. The hotel was a nightmare in itself but SnapTravel made it worse. I then checked out of the hotel when leaving and was given a $140 **** for amenities and services (NOT A DEPOST as taken at every hotel on check in- an actual CHARGE for services that we didn't even use like the gym, pool, rooftop bar access) that they stated, Snap Travel should have explained when booking and that I would have to get it reimbursed from them. - SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE -- use Priceline or Expedia or something else. In the end, because of the additional $140 amenity fee, it didn't actually save us any money. On top of all of this, the company contacted us then ghosted us after we responded. When we left reviews, they didn't take ownership or apologize. They gaslight us saying we were't actually charged $140 when my credit card and the **** in my hand listed "Amenities Fee" says otherwise. Instead of being polite and helping us like Priceline would, they ignored us and were rude.
