I have never been so angry in my life! My A/C broke so I had to book two hotel rooms. I went to the Best Western on **************** in ****************. The front desk employee advised me that the hotel did not accept locals. I asked if I would be charged and the employee said no. I look at my online transaction history and Snaptravel charged me $247.97. I tried to get refunded and it was a nightmare. I may have this resolved now after 10 days. I will never use them again.

5 starsI was tired from driving all day and need to find an inexpensive place to spend the night. Snaptravel showed the ************* in **** for $40 less than any other sight. I was at first skeptical but it turned out to be legitimate, with no extra fees. I booked the ************ to the ************* and everything was fine. 5 starsI've used SnapTravel twice now, both times they were the cheapest and then also offered $30 off next stay. The first time I was able to apply it towards a late checkout. This last time they called the front desk and arranged a late checkout without my even asking. Like they read my mind! I also paid the extra $2 and change for whatever upgrade may be available upon check in (no guarantee) and both times it resulted in an upgrade, the first time to a significantly nicer suite on the top floor. The second time just to a king *** when none had been available online when I first booked. Upon arrival however there was one and they gave it to me. Gotta say, so far, I've been very happy with SnapTravel!Review fromClarissa T
