    I have used Snaptravel several times now, and they have saved me a lot of money over any of the other online booking services. Including Booking.com. In fact, with the other services, you can call the motels and get a cheaper rate at the front desk.Thank you, *************************

    Had an overbooked hotel and snaptravel managed to transfer us a hotel for the night in about 1hour after contacting them at no extra cost on my end. Snaptravel's Cashback reward are a nice feature and helped save save me about 75dollars in another one night layover!

    I booked what was supposed to be 3.7 star hotel through Snaptravel. When I get to the hotel, it is disgusting! Roaches, spiders, blood stains and much more. There was no email or phone number to contact Snaptravel for help and everything posted on their communications was just "non refundable." SURELY false advertisement would qualify as a refundable or suable situation, am I right? After a full day of figuring out the scientific equation of how to reach them, only via chat, they told me over and over again that I had to convince the hotel to refund me IF I were to get anything back. WHAT?!!! After negotiating with the hotel, thank God I do this a lot in my line of work, I was granted a partial refund but not for the night I spent fighting the critters and itching since I stayed there. Had no choice since I arrived at 2am and had to be at work at 7 with nothing but sleep deprivation on my side. You would think that Snap would step in at that point, nope! They told me tough luck and no refund, I lost my mind! Finally after 6 hours, yes 6, I was able to get through to someone with a shred of common sense that honored the partial refund the hotel credited to THEIR card not mine. I'm still waiting on the partial refund, but I shouldn't have to pay for any of it! IT was horrendous and appalling, I don't know how you don't have a policy to protect your client when their trusting your reviews! If it was 1 start, I'd get it, but it was $400 and I had to go to war with creatures and grime, I don't understand. If you are booking through them, be aware of this and make an informed decision vs. the ** they put out there. Hotels have issues but you have to stand by your product if dealing with consumers. Snap took absolutely no accountability in this transaction and literally stole money from me when I asked for their help. They should be charged with a crime for this!Negative 100 stars is my actual review!

    I scheduled a get-away long weekend with Snaptravel to ********* in *******-was a great experience!! I was upgraded when I got there and everything was so easy!! I feel I got a very fair price and would use Snaptravel again!!!

    Worked for me! I was able to prepay a hotel stay at a very very reasonable rate.The hotel took a deposit of $150, which they refunded when au checked out. Only issue was not getting an actual receipt.
