    Simple enough. My only negative is way too many "are you sure you don't want promos and discounts for yadda yadda special VIP program." I get it, they need to have those but I should only have to click opt out once to by-pass this. Ultimately I didn't save any money by choosing Super.com. The system was great but those ads announces were noticeable. AI-wise, it only took a few minutes for everything to go through before Super.com sent me all my details. As far as functionality goes, A++, just a hard D on the promotions *****

    First using this travel booking site. Had to get a room for work in the ******,** area. It was quick and easy, and cheapest site for the hotel I am staying at. My company will be using this site for now on.

    They automatically enroll you into a membership if you book a hotel claiming it's a 5 day free period of membership when booking so you end up paying more then hotel actually cost. ************ do not recommend

    I tried to set up a reservation in ****** Mississippi and I booked the reservation, I got the confirmation email and it was for a hotel in ****** ******** I immediately contacted the hotel in ******** he canceled everything on his end I contacted super.com did everything they told me to do and they still kept my money stole it from me basically there's a lot better booking agencies than this

    So far I've used it a couple of times in February and March, without the membership and I still saved at least $40 a night from the best prices. I just joined- now- the super plus for $15 monthly after 5 free days, to save an EXTRA $40. Makes sense! let's see how this works. ????

    Several $15 fraudulent charges on my account. I did not click/or sighn up for anything. Im also very careful to make sure the tip button is 0$, because they try to charge more. Company trying to rip people off a little here and there hoping some do not notice or bother trying to get it reversed. This company should be investigated, reimburse everyone they have ripped off and terminated.

    I found the best price through this site, in order to extend my current stay booked through Expedia. Saved a good amount of money and the reservation went through without a hitch. Didn't even have to wait 4 hours for it to go through. For those bad reviews. People didnt read everything carefully.
