    Less than 1 star! Booked a 1-night stay with the insurance that stated No-Hassle/worry-free 100% refund. And 10 hours later, I need to cancel due to a family concern. They push you to a broken process that wants your BANK ACCOUNT information, even if you used a credit card. I refused to upload that information, so I went to chat, and they said that is their process, then they discontinued the chat. I tried to call them, but the phone number is no longer in service. Then I did some research on Reddit and found another number that worked, but they still will not refund my "no-hassle/no worry" insured stay for any reason. The insurance did not work; they wanted "proof" and a doctor's note (ummm, HIPAA?) to confirm. The lady kept pushing back and said that it's their process to obtain my bank account information. I asked her if she would feel comfortable giving her bank account information if she used a credit card, and she wouldn't answer the question, because she knows that's a bit shady. Then they signed me up for some $15/month membership that I did not sign up for, and that was incredibly difficult to cancel as well. Their process was broken, and you had to talk to someone for 20 minutes to get it cancelled. Lastly, there is a high potential for them to double charge you, as I have seen on my ****** report, but I am waiting to see if it processes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Learn from my $250 mistake.

    I purchased the cancelation policy. Realizing only minutes after booking my room I used the wrong location. Super.com would not allow me to cancel under the fine print of their cancelation policy. It seems there are only certain reasons that qualify or define "a cancelation" in their dictionary. This is rather outrageous.

    Keeps trying to take money out of my ***** Cash account and finally got $15.00 out of my account when I have never heard of this company. They are making fraudulent charges!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a hotel through super.com and after arriving at the hotel they told me that the virtual credit card provided by super.com did not go through. I reached out to customer service and they did not respond so I was forced to book a new room directly with the hotel so that I wouldnt be stranded now dealing with trying to get a refund and its a huge headache and waste of time spend the extra $10-$20 and dont ever make the mistake of booking through this terrible service

    Biggest rip off out there. DO NOT TRUST THIS CHINA SITE. We booked a trip and looked two days later it was 450. *******. When we asked for price change we were told no adjustments then it dropped to 650.$ cheaper. When we finally went because we couldnt cancel they did not have our reservation at the ************************ in key west. After 6 months my credit card credited me not super.com. What a nightmare.

    I had a unique situation that I resolved with the hotel before going to SUPER.COM customer service. I gave them all the I formation they would have needed to refund me, (a receipt from the hotel showing that there was no charge and no intent to charge) and they not only charged me, but procrastinated the refund for a week. I had to dispute the charge with my bank after them telling me to be patient and making up reasons why it hadn't happened yet. Use someone else, even if "super" is cheaper. It's not worth the headache if something goes wrong.
