    I have been using Super.com for years to book trips with my friends. Sometimes we use my friends credit card to book a hotel room. Since October of last year, my friend was suddenly charged with my plus subscription when it has always been billed to my card. There were no receipts, notifications, messages, nothing to indicate or even authorize this charge to my friends bank account. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS.

    Scam. Do not use. I paid extra to have a cancelable reservation, did not show on the receipt. I did get the room, that part was true. That was about 5 weeks ago, they have since tried to charge my card more than 20 times for their subscription service (3 times today). Usually they try for $15 but sometimes $30 and occasionally $5 or $8. Ive been using the Apple virtual card and so issuing a new card number is easy but they have wrecked my ability to use this card for bills as every time they attempt fraud I have to get a new card number. Not worth the $10 they saved me.

    This site is a SCAM. They stole my money. After a month long dialogue on their customer service promising to refund my money on a room I never even stayed in. They wiped out my account to make it look like I never did business with them. ******!

    Today I made a reservation with this website. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk refused to check me in unless I paid an extra $100 for deposit insurance, which the last time I was there, they hadn't charged for it, nor had the website. I asked the website's support team for help and they told me to resolve the issue with the hotel. When I said that the hotel didn't want to check me in, they said they wouldn't do anything to help me because it was a non-refundable reservation. It's not fair that they put a mandatory amount of $100 to be debited without warning and weren't willing to help when everything that was required and described in the reservation had already been paid for. I lost my money because they didn't check me in, but here are my words: it's not worth using a website that refuses to help you when you need help without giving you any support.
