    Booked a hotel with them, confirmation number B_18659371. The hotel did not recognize the reservation. Couldn't even get to their customer service after weeks. This website is just a joke.

    I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this places services. I knew when you book through a third party app that I would run into the issue of possible problems occurring as it has never been shown as being different. I was staying at a place and the second night wanted to get an extension and it accidentally booked me at a different hotel than I tried booking it at. The people were all in agreement with the hotel that I could get refunded since it was still in the 35 hr window of the booking.the lady said she old call me back after the hotel signed the form and sent it to her. Then she could initiate it. I never got a call back, i called her as y was 3:00 and she said man this takes a whole its not just a quick process. So i called the hotel and they avoided my call at all possible it wouldnt even ring after that went straight to vm. That is when i waited like the womab told me to do and by that time it was 5:00 and they hrs were 9-5. This was all same day under the impression it was getting handled and stayed at the hotel I originally tried to extend. Well two days following I still have no response. I call and get told the hotel denied the cancellation after getting the run around by both places . I talk to a manager a few days following and they said they will call me back after he sees if he can remedy this situation. I get no call. Later the next day I find that I get an email stating they understand my frustration but theres nothing they could do. I dont know how theres nothing they can do if it was them that initiate the return. I was BSd the whole time lied to and led to believe things that did not happen ever and all of them gave me the run around dodged my calls when I could have just stayed at the hotel if I wouldve known otherwise thinking everything was running as planned . But Ive gotten more or less screwed out of $45 and not even a sorry for that matter. They know they screwed me over and even being nice and cordial. No guilt beware!

    I would give no stars if I could. I paid extra to be able to cancel a booking for refund. They denied my refund. Super.combinatory and borderline a scam. They lie and do not give a refund for a cancel booking, despite taking extra money to be able to cancel a booking.

    Booked a room and when I got to the hotel it was closed due to electricity issues. They didn't accept money from super.com. Super won't refund my money. It wasn't mine or the hotels fault that I couldn't stay.. however I'm out $90 .Super just kept my money. I still had to pay for another hotel.??
