    9/2/2024 I worked in the ******************** in downtown *******. I scanned the ** code to pay to park, and the AirGarage website states daily rates and hourly. I was charged $60 for 1.15 minutes. I was told via email that it was a flat rate lot, but when log in to pay (last night) the rates were not present. When you go to the site today, the rates are present and it is HOURLY and listed at $8.03 and hour, max of $21 a day, not $60. This is FRAUD as it states NOWHERE on the site or the lot that is a FLAT RATE lot and the *** *** told me that it was, however, the website states otherwise.*** ***: Hello! As per checking, the parking fees at *************************** based on a fixed rate. Whether we park for one hour or the entire day, the rate remains unchanged.     I received a receipt for parking recently from Airgarage.com.I stayed 3 nights at $10 per night. The receipt is for $40, not $30. The nightly rate of $10 was for Honors members of ******, as explained by the desk receptionist at ******. I stayed the night of August 13, 14, and 15. When I reached out to Airgarage, they gave a cut and paste reply regarding hourly fees and free coupons. Neither reply was related to my concern. I asked the customer service to escalate to their management, and to contact me. They told me to reach out to the hotel. The hotel told me the parking is handled by a 3rd party, and to reach out to the Airgarage (which I already did. Airgarage is not willing to provide a refund, or to provide a process for dispute, or to escalate the complaint to their management. I would like the overcharge of $10 to be refunded to me.

    On August 15th I pull into the parking lot and stopped so I could use the ** code (which is too small, so I had to type in the phone number). This is a necessary step to find out what the rate is. I decided not to park there based on the rate. I never got out of my car. I left the lot to park somewhere else. I get a text saying that a session was started on my behalf charging me the daily rate PLUS a $12 service fee. Apparently this is a predatory practice of your company, based on the other reviews.

    On July 8th, 2024 I parked in an AirGarage parking lot in **********,**. There was no parking attendant so I had to scan a code to use the app. Prior to leaving the parking lot I paid the amount of $21.68 that the app said I owed. I have a receipt and a credit card statement that proves the payment to AirGarage. On July 9th and I get a notification that I did not pay to park and they wanted to fine me $60.00. I call the number provided, ************. No one answers just an automated response that says sorry we missed your call. I called on July 9th and July 10th to resolve this issue. I have tried to resolve this issue but no one will call me to resolve this. On august 8th,2024 I get a letter saying that I parked without paying and now they want a payment of $68.00. I called again today August 13 and left a voicemail to resolve the issue. Just an automated response. I do not feel comfortable on continuing to communicate with AirGarage. It feels like a scam. Please help to resolve this and stop them from contacting me. Once again, I have the credit card statement and receipt for proof of payment.

    On 8/8 I received an email message that I was parked in an AirGarage, referencing my License a license plate I am not familiar with, and that they charged my card $15.00.My card was immediately charged $15.00. I was not in the car that parked in ********. I did not authorize a transaction with my card. I was inspecting underdrains in Casper Irrigation District with a coworker yesterday.I gave AirGarage my card info when parking in Ft. ******* in April (on a 'free parking week' for conference in which they required my credit card information...) and ****** with Air Garage told me that transaction was resolved after being billed and forgiven twice. They forgot and tried to bill again... I have the emails in this regard.I would like a refund, and a promise to remove my information from the system as well as a promise to make sure fraudulent charges do not continue occurring to me and others.Inappropriate use of *** credit card is theft and identity theft! Not impressed. Three strikes. So tired of AirGarage abuse wasting valuable time. We should be billing them.Thank you!

    I parked next to ******, a bar in downtown ******* on Wednesday, 7/17/24. There were a few parking spots next to the bar so I assumed they were open parking for it. There was an Air Garage sign in front of the lot next to the one I parked in. However, there was no signage at the entrance to the lot stating it was pay to park and there was no signage by my parking spot that indicated it was pay to park. I returned to my car to a parking violation from Air Garage and they have been less than helpful in resolving the matter. They claimed that I was parked at PHX Live, which is half a mile from where I was. I would like them to waive the parking fine since this is clearly a predatory business practice where theyre taking advantage of people as a result of their lack of adequate signage.

    I parked in air garage 7/20 in *************. there are qr codes so you can pay to park. most of the other garages you pay before you leave. as I was leaving I paid to park. when I got to the car there was a violation. to me this isnt fair. I paid to park. there are no signs saying to pay first. I would like the violation removed

    The business air garage advertised hourly rates for parking. I parked for an 1:36 and expected to be charged for 2 hours of parking. I was charged for an entire day as was my wife who parked near me. I asked them to correct the charge and they refused and said I needed to prove they advertised hourly rates via screen shot. I was parked in *********************** in *****, **. I should have been charged $3.50 per hour plus and $.29 transaction fee and was charged $18.29.

    I purchased advanced parking permit December 11, 2023, for an event on July 14, 2024. I arrived at the designated location at the specified time. I provided Airgarage via cell phone message my arrival time and car information. I also contacted Airgarage via cellphone message my departure time. I am now receiving escalating billing for a parking permit which I satisfied financially December 11, 2023.

    I have used the parking lot opposite ********************************************* for the last 10 years.There was a new system with no sign's posted. I pulled into the parking lot, but no spots were available. Cars were everywhere on grass, paved lanes, etc. I drove around for ***** minutes and then left without stopping, parking or exiting my vehicle.Air garage still charged me even though they were not able to provide the service (parking). Now I am getting unpaid parking notices far in excess of any reasonable parking bill. I already filled out the contact form on their website asking to cancel the bill. I will never go near any Air Garage facility again if this is how they run things.
