  They deserve zero stars. For the 2nd time I have received a text stating that I didnt pay at one of their lots and therefore they are starting $12 rental fee plus $10 convenience fee for a car/license plate that I am not only responsible for but was never in this parking area. So basically they stole $22 from my account.

  Ive been charged without permission by this company twice when I was not parked in one of their lots. I was in a street parking spot once and the second time my car was literally in my home ********* dont even know how they got my credit card info but they are a scam.

  Horrible scam. I tried to pay to park but there is no way to do so. The text they sent just said pay when I used the ** code. Then I got a fine of $44 and I paid it, of course electronically. It is a shame because the businesses in the area are already struggling to get customers to come to town. I wont go back because I dont want to be robbed by these scammers.

  If I could give this a zero stars I would. This company is a scam using scare tactics to reel in money from people who are afraid of begin sent to "collections". I parked in an Air garage parking lot, where I scanned a QR code, that told me to text "pay" to a number. So I did. Many times. No response. Not even a way to pay. I have tried for 2 days straight now and today I received a parking violation stating that failure to pay within 7 days will result in my account being sent to collections. This is illegal. If your apps/phone numbers/QR code fail to function properly so that I am ACTUALLY ABLE TO pay, then I very easily would have. Instead your app is literally ****** maps, your phone number is an automated voice machine that gives you an email that doesn't even respond, and your QR code only gives you the option to text the number "pay".

  The site does not allow you to access your account, update your payment method, or account for rental cars. This company stores your credit card without providing ANY way to manage it. If you pay for parking with a rental car, you will be attached to that rental car for life. Completely non-compliant with PCI/GDPR/data privacy etc. It is beyond me that a software company can exist in this manner and it needs to be shut down immediately.

  Terrible and blatantly unprofessional organization with no respect to its independent contractors. After a week of hard work, I was abruptly given a text saying that I have been permanently suspended for for alleged violations and made no actual context to why. It was clear that they had no reason and they were too cowardly to make any statement further. It was clear the other worker was complaining because I actually worked hard, and she was getting no plates. And they weed out the actually productive contractor. ************************* is a blatantly unprofessional scum excuse of a startup owner. Her company has no respect to hardworking people who are trying to get by. If there was an actual violation, tell me and I can improve. But for you to drop me and give no context just shows that you are a lying scumbag. But in h*** *****!

  Predatory business model. If you get snookered into downloading their app and forget to start a rental they will charge you a convenience fee for automatically starting a MAXIMUM time rental even if you are there 5 minutes. If they have the tech to track where you are and when you park, just automate a FAIR rate.

  I as well would give AirGarage a negative review if possible. I have never had fraudulent on my ********* card... until today when someone else has accessed my credit card on file with AirGarage. There is no phone number and no possible way to have my account closed on line... and doing this by telephone looks equally challenging. I am stuck for now to wait for the charge to post to my credit card... then, I'll need to cancel the card because THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE REAL CONTACT with AirGarage AND MY "ACCOUNT' to dispute the charge and remove my card on file with them.

  If I could give a negative star I would. This company is literally stealing from people. For four hours Ive been trying to close out my parking. Conveniently enough their close out site is the only thing not working on my phone. Even their website to pay for parking is working. *** tried to contact them w no results. I finally had to call my credit card company and put a freeze on my card so the bill wouldnt be in the hundreds. Theres no one live to talk to w this company and you are at their mercy. Now I know why I so many people not signing up. A ticket is cheaper than hundreds of dollars for 2 hours of parking.
