  No information posted about how the system works, then slap you with a $54 fine with no way to appeal the moment you walk away. I'll be going out of my way not to park with them ever again.

  This company is a scam. First there's no paid parking on Sunday in *******. Then this company have the nerves to have some old men sitting in the parking lot like their attendants (just to give you a ticket). And then your car gets broken into. They will not be getting one dollar from me for this bogus ticket. I wish I wasn't obligated to leave any stars because they don't deserve 1 star! That is giving them too much credit.

  Huge Scam! I was given free parking by **** and I had proof, yet they went ahead and charged my card. They wanted to see my receipts of what I bought and if I did not provide these then they wanted to leave a charge for parking without authorization ($19).I was able to fight to get a refund but stay away!!!!

  I would give a 0 star if possible. I parked here and paid the 10 flat fee plus a surcharge and still received a violation on my car which I have 7 days to pay. I have contacted them via phone and email several times and have received zero help.

  Total scam! They watch like vultures in order to give you a very overpriced ticket a split second after you park.Never park here unless you absolutely must!!Somebody must be getting kickbacks!

  I legitimately parked at the ***************** AirGarage on March 7, 2023 and paid my $11.00. On 7/31/23, without my authorization AirGarage charged my AMEX $30.00 for *** parking fee and $12.00 for a convenience fee. I reached out to AirGarage to dispute the charge and received a response back from Airgarage that they were "happy to help" and just needed to know if my license plate number still belonged to me. I responded back to Airgarage with my information and ************************************* from Customer Support never responded back to my request for reimbursement. I have sent 3 emails to Airgarge giving them the chance to correct this fraudulent charge before a contacted BBB. I have since filed a charge dispute to America Express since Airgargae customer service does not respond. If you recently parked at an Airgarage be on the lookout for additional unauthorized charges on your credit card.

  On 7/2/2023, at 3pm, I parked at a parking lot overnight in the ************* District of ***********, ********. I was initially charged $8 per hour, but informed that an "all-day" cost was $30. I thought that was reasonable for an overnight parking spot. However, 12 hours later, at 3am, I received a text message telling me that my car was still in the parking lot and that I was being charged an additional day at $30 PLUS a $12 service fee. Nowhere on the signage or the ticket website did they specify the "all day" rental ends at midnight instead of the usual 24 hours. This practice is implemented with the intent to scam customers out of an additional day of parking fees and their BS service fee. It has been two days since my original stay and my CC statement shows yet another $42 charge from this company while I'm no longer even in the same state.I immediately sent a message to their customer service after I found my vehicle broken into. While they did promise a refund I was met with an incredibly condescending response. I will be contacting my CC company to issue a charge back for the two charges beyond my original stay.On top of that, my car and another car were broken into. While only small things were stolen from my car, there is significant expense I've incurred to replace my broken window and clean the perpetrator's blood from my vehicle. I have since learned that this is a hot spot of vehicle break ins and the lot owners do nothing but cover that up by routinely getting reviews mentioning that deleted and cleaning up broken glass.

  Complete scam, what they are doing is highly unethical if not illegal. Goal is not to provide a useful service but trick people into paying more for parking.
