    The description of the app in the ****** app store was Solitaire Cash and it promised to pay out at $150. As you work through winning rounds of solitaire the rewards get smaller and smaller the closer you get to that $150 goal. But even though it goes all the way down to 35 cents once you get to $140 range but you never make it to the end because at this point I am $2 away from the $150 and it gives me back to back ads and never even allows me to play to complete the game. Totally scammed me out of so many hours it made me regret to count. This is fraudulent

    I played the unity game word rambler and i won over twenty five thousand dollars on it as well as other games they had they put the money on a quay and resfused to pay me any of the money advertising that it goes into paypal or money app but they dont pay up their advertising is false I just want paid the money that I won it has been three months now and still no money I contacted the company and they blew me off

    I played several online casino games with Unity, and have racked up prize money that is owed to me, for my playing the games. The payments were to go to my PayPal-***************************** The games played was Bingo Garden jackpot that I racked up is $356,603.30, they say I could cash out *****, with each game, went through the process, and said I would receive several PayPal gift cards in 5 business days to my PayPal account and never did. I have other prizes as well, trying to collect coins to get the rest of my payouts. The new other game is Magic Slots Casino and I have a balance of ******. I also did all of the incentives to get payouts and this is what I am waiting several payouts to PayPal.

    Hugely material licensing and pricing changes that are being implemented for preexisting products built under a previous license. They appear to be intended to harm small developers.

    I am so sorry that you feel this way.

    There has been a lot of confusion about our new pricing and the great news for smaller developers is that there will be no longer be a revenue cap, meaning that if you earn over $200,000 you will not legally need to purchase a license after January ********. This means developers can decide whether it is cheaper to buy a license with a certain number of installs included, or have no license and possibly pay the runtime fees, depending on the predicted number of installs.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    None of the core issues were addressed. This is still a predatory shift that will largely punish successful indie developers, as its pricing is the same regardless of the price of the game itself.  

    This is a transparent attempt by industry leaders to push out smaller developers using anticompetitive practices.

    I downloaded Water Puzzle Captain because in the advertisement it said daily payouts and no ads. It's been almost 4 months and I haven't seen one single payout. I have 4 payout thats been "processing" for months totalling $1400. I would like my payouts.

    Unity provides world-class tools for content creators to develop, operate, and monetize their games and applications. Beyond making these development and advertising tools available to the market, Unity has no affiliation with the creator of the games and does not otherwise own or control the development or operation of the games or their availability on any app store. As such, we have no insight into the operation of the games,including those fraudulent aspects alleged in the Complaint, nor do we have any ability to discontinue any applications general availability to the public.


    Please note, however, that Unity takes these complaints very seriously. Accordingly, if the user is able to provide ******************** with the name of the developer of the Water ************** application or a link to where the user downloaded it on the Apple App Store or ****** Play Store, Unity can conduct an investigation to determine if such application is advertising on its network and, if so, whether any advertising restrictions need to be imposed based on any violations of Unitys Terms of Service (available at ******************************************************************************) and/or Unity Content Policy (available at *******************************************************), which, among other things, prohibit illegal and fraudulent conduct, and require applications that offer non-virtual real world rewards to be reviewed and approved prior to being allowed on the Unity advertising network.


    If, however, the user still experiences a problem with the game, we suggest that the user contact the games developer to reach a solution. Contact information for the developer is typically found within the settings of the application or on the relevant app store page.Additionally, if the user believes that the game engages in fraudulent behavior, it may also be helpful to contact the distribution platform from which the user acquired the game (for example, the Apple App Store or the ****** Play Store) to alert them of the alleged fraud.
    Relatedly, should the user or any other person identify a developers breach of Unitys terms of service in the future, they can report such behavior to Unitys customer service team. We found no record of this user having done so regarding any allegedly fraudulent applications, but we are here to offer direct assistance in the future.

    The Unity entity has become a tool for widespread fraud by multiple and many developers. They have demonstrated either the inability or unwillingness to shut this criminal activity down and therefore should themselves cease to be a conduit by which these criminal activities operate.
