  I downloaded this app because they promised real cash payout of your winnings. The false advertised. Everything they stated they did not do they do. I was promised my winnings of $308.75, but when I tried to cash out they gave me all this red tape to jump through. I contacted ****** and the developer to inform them of the situation and problem, but the developer will not contact anyone back. They built this game to collect and make money off the data, but they are the only ones benefiting from my information and others that played. They need to be held accountable for their lies and silence.

  Unfortunately, were unable to provide support or assistance in regards to your issue as Unity did not develop or publish the game youre referring to. Depending on where you purchased this game from (Apple/Google Play Store/Steam etc) you should be able to find the correct publisher details on the marketplace you purchased from.

  Just to make you aware, Unity is the developer of games development software, used to create games, mobile apps, and VR/AR experiences. We do not actually create or develop any games ourselves - so contacting the distributor or developer is the best way to resolve your questions.

  I am rejecting this response because: No one should be able to create a false site or game and the company is not held accountable. If no one is held accountable then more people can create games that steal or take for people. Then need to hold their developers accountable so this kind of thing stops.

  I won more then$1000 playing there game and not received a *****..I did all the task they ask me and nothing in my account..I would like them to be more forward about playing there game and the money I am owed..ty for your time

  They make it seem as though you are winning money, fast. Then once you cash out they require another step, then when you complete that they put you in queue for your payout. Once you are close to being paid 5th in line, 1st in line it never changes you stay there there as 1st in line. I found the game by clicking a link on ways to make fast money and the game advertised that it was legit, no scam, fast payment.

  I have downloaded several unity apps that promise a payout. I have played them, earned the required amount to cash out, followed all the demands after and still NO money. The apps are filled with false advertising. Unity takes ZERO responsibility for the content of these apps or their promises to pay out. They have the same response to everyone who complains, which is it's not their fault. I like many others have taken screen shots of all activity. As of this point unitys apps owe me over$13,000. And I want to know who plans on paying this? It is money earned and unity is responsible, whether they believe so or not! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS NEXT!!!!!!!!

  I have been playing money online video games for Unity Technologies and have been waiting for my money since December. They say the money will be deposited into my PayPal account and some of the games confirm the payment has been processed but when I call PayPal, they say there has not been any transfers or deposits. ****** also requested that I pay ****** for one transaction to go through. I did that but still have not received a cent. The games require that you watch a lot of adverts for you to get the money I did. Some games after you spent hours and days watching videos and demand payment, they block you or sent conditions that blocks you for getting the price.   Unity technologies made forest slots and other games I played for days and it kept giving less money it was stringing me along pay was zero at end to keep me from meeting threshhold I think this type of thing wrong to string people along and promise them something give them nothing and make money off of them seems like fraud to me these types of fake games I beleive can cause health issues with the public if it doesn't pay say so thank you ***********************

  Unity games makes big promises in their ads to pay out but never do! All of their games are full of ads, glitches, and impossible tasks to cash out. You cash out wait weeks to only be put in a que of thousands! I have played 10 unity games over the past few months and none do what they promised. Its very misleading for us who need money! False Advertisement I am not happy! I waisted hours and maybe even days at a time thinking I was getting paid! Unity games only care about themselves and not us players of the games.

  This complaint is regarding a company named Scopely. I requested that my account be deactivated and they are not complying. I have contacted customer support numerous times and they responded with a lot of questions and requests for more information. When I sent the information they switched me to another representative and continued to ask me questions about the game app. Finally they stopped responding and never deactivated my account. I believe it should not be so difficult to deactivate your account on such a game. This having to answer a lot of questions and being switched around and then never receiving a response or confirmation is wrong. There should be a law about a company keeping your account details and refusing to close an account. I was playing the game ScrabbleGo which is owned by *************** and they should be fined for refusing a customer request and giving people a hard time closing accounts.
