Our system was installed quickly and we were up and running on the sooner side of the time frame given. Any telephone calls we made during the process were promptly responded to. We are a referral and we have referred others too.

Sunrun is a very competent installer and system designer. The system they designed worked flawlessly (once it was finally turned on).That being said, all business processes and interactions with the company (others than sales) was the stuff of nightmares. They were late for every milestone, not days - months late. Zero communication. Outsourced customer support & overworked technical support have no idea what is going on. Building permits were never closed - causing the delay of my home sale. Transferring your lease with a home sale? Good luck. Constant hands on follow up was required to move the process along. After the sale they attempted to bully us into continued payments until the county clerk gets around to recording the deed transfer - in most places this can take months. The signed deed was enough for the bank - should be good enough for them. Bottom line: this is what happens when your entire budget goes into sales and marketing. Initial engagement is very smooth, all until you get past the cancellation deadline in the contract. Then you go from the 5 star to 1 star experience.Sunrun, Inc.

Living in *********** with power failures almost every day we made the decision to get solar panels installed on our house. Since they were installed we haven't experienced any electrical power failures. The battery takes over and we never know the power grid failed until the app or our neighbors let us know. The price was right and now we get credit from the power company by using net metering. Sunrun is the best in my opinion.Sunrun, Inc.

Sunrun did a fantastic job throughout the entire process from start to finish. When I discovered a small leak in my roof from the install they came right out, found it and fixed it immediately. Their follow up was fabulous to make sure I was satisfied. I cannot recommend them enough if you want solar.Sunrun, Inc.
