Unable to post survey results to all inquiries regarding service provided. So, the real score that I tried to put on this survey was "1". Of course, it will not work. So I will be very descriptive in my score of 8- just so that someone may have the opportunity to see that the survey system is messed up as well. Very poor customer service and followup, I've got countless emails, followup phone calls and extremely evasive answers to VERY direct questions, with previous surveys filled out and no contact back. It is worse than ******* cable or Geek squad at Best Buy. My experience since install in Feb ****************************************************************** responding to concerns via either phone or email (often times being ghosted). I had to contact Sunrun to let them know that the system that they have on my roof that THEY are monitoring remotely is not functioning properly. They send someone to fix a bad inverter a week later and then improperly record a number so that the system STILL appears to not be working properly. They corrected that and then assigned a billing case manager to me that would not reply to any of my emails (4 in all) and then inappropriately charged my checking account $6,630.32. I called billing and spoke to an average *** that could not answer my questions about thousands of dollars being deducted from my account so they elevated to a supervisor by placing me on hold for 20 minutes and then I was lied to as far as how the situation would be resolved. Not to mention the hoops I had to jump through when the system was installed and they broke one of my exterior lights and claimed to not have done it. Thankfully, I had time stamped pictures of the entire house from every angle before they arrived and after they departed.Sunrun, Inc.

If you have any issues with your system, be prepared to wait for two months or more to fix the problem. Customer support always refers you to the field service representative, who never responds and takes forever for them to schedule a service call.This is a terrible company, stay away from them, there are plenty of good solar companies in the market.Sunrun, Inc.

Very happy customer since early 2015 with utility PTO in July 2015. Added a supplementary system last winter with PTO in late March 2022. While so many industries and businesses are still impacted by labor and supply chain problems. Sunrun managed to conduct this recent project with very few problems or surprises. I purposefully chose Sunrun as my supplementary system provider and know that this was the right choice!Sunrun, Inc.

Sunrun and the employees I meant were very friendly. the workers were very professional and had all 28 of our panels up in a little over 3 hours. Cleaned up the yard and left it just like they found it clean. The salesperson was very informative. We were also given a web page with information on Sunrun on the computer.Sunrun, Inc.

Has solar energy installed on my house bu sunrun, they said 2-3 weeks for set up, whichever was done. Everything was done in a timely manner as was layef out this includes the time for ************* to do their part. panel's was put in the time that was stated 7am-11am, and they was finished at 11AM as they said, they explained everything as new steps was taken. My panel's are up and running got call backs checking to let me know meters was working good.Sunrun, Inc.
