Waste of money!! And their sales people will keep showing up and try to sell you stuff. We got management involved and were promised they would fix it for free and the rep that showed up to work on it ended up being another sales rep trying to sell us stuff. We shared the emails and texts from corporate showing they would fix it for free and their sales rep ********************* became rude and belligerent towards my husband and the other sunrun rep when my husband called him. Run far away from this company!!Sunrun, Inc.

I started the Sunrun process in Dec of 2021 and was told I would have solar by April and now we are in Aug and no solar, no contact of clear information is being made. They hired a roof contractor to fix the roof and they broke the original tiles replacing them with discolored tiles (do not match), leaving tiles in the front of my home, how unprofessional. I have contact the installation Mgr who provided me with a number that does not work or he block myself and husband and will not answer our emails. Sunrun is a horrible I have old others to choose a different company so they do not experience the same as we are now!Sunrun, Inc.

My father was taken advantage of and tricked into signing with Vivant solar which is now Sunrun . The panels havent worked for almost a year and no one has addressed the issue. Ive asked more than once to remove the panels as my father is gone, and they refuse. Meanwhile my **** is super high. This company has hung up phone on me more than once, transfer me around and refuses to help or remove the panels . What else can o do???? They have tires me out!!Sunrun, Inc.

This company is terrible! Avoid at all costs! I would give them negative stars if I could. They do not respond to customer concerns at all and put new installs ahead of current customers. I had to have my panels removed to have my roof repaired. I have called and emailed day after day, week after week to try to get my panels reinstalled. They haven't returned a single call and only responded once by email. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor refused to speak with me. Who does that? It's been almost two months without my panels on my home with no response from Sunrun except to send me to the contractor they hired to reinstall the panels, who also does not return my calls. I'm beyond frustrated and angry! Two of my highest energy producing months down the drain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Sunrun, Inc.

Well it's been 5 business days and I've heard nothing from Sunrun regarding my ongoing issues dating back to February. So much for a response ASAP. Considering that Sunrun has violated its own contract, I would now like them to come and haul the panels away. I have tried in good faith to get you to reinstall the panels and have received no return calls, no response what so ever. I am absolutely disgusted that this company seems to prey on the low income with manipulation by making you think you will save money and benefit while they are the ones that truly receive the financial benefits. NOT THE CONSUMER! I entered into contract with SunRun trusting that their offerings would be beneficial and hassle free. Thankfully due the proper due dillegence NOT being done for pre install maintenance...and the whole plan needing to be changed I was able to re-evaluate the situation and realized dealing with SunRun would be of no financial benefit to me at all! It woukd actually end up costing me more money! I was able to pull my contract prior to panels being installed, but NOT prior to them installing a roof that I did not immediately need, nor could immediately afford and an upgraded electric panel that seems again pretty useless to me now just another added expense that I cannot afford. Now because I ended up pulling away from their manipulation and quite frankly FRAUD of a program. I will be left with trying to pay an almost 7k **** for things that did not need immediate attention. SHAME ON SUN RUN FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE LOW INCOME AND NEW HOMEOWNERS that are learning the ropes!Sunrun, Inc.

I have been with Sunrun for a few years now, I have yet to see any benefits from this program, I now have two bills to pay ****** and Sunrun, my first yearly **** was 1000,not including the 120 dollars Sunrun deduct out of my checking account, come to find out that goes up every year, so I called Sunrun who give me the run around, then when I do make contact I was told that I needed more panels, ok but that will cost more the man said, I told him that I want these panels off. I told them that I was disable and on a fixed income and the rep, told me that this would be perfect for me that going solar will eliminate ****** altogether never pay another **** from them in fact I would received check from ****** I have been scammed by sunrun,and they lied to me now I'm in a contract that and I can not get out of I don't know what I'm going to do. I can't not afford more panels and a **** from ******and Sunrun I was told from the beginning that their experts recommend the panels I have will be more than enough now I'm told that I need to buy more, I really need some help it a a shame that these companies are allowed to scam anyone, just to sale their products. I purchased my solar system in August 2021 and when doing so I bought the added protection and monitoring. It took me months to decide which company to move forward with as I wanted to ensure I had monitoring and as much protection as possible, inquiring protection against animals and nests. I was informed that they would install critter guard. Come early 2022 I need a roof replacement and call Sunrun they send out a third party vendor to remove and replace the panels. I think all is well until my neighbor tells me I have birds building a next under my panels. I am completely confused as I know during the contract period I purchased the additional protection and OF COURSE critter guard. June 2022 I start calling them I talk to several different people until I am pointed to the partner division. I speak with an individual in that department a few times and she informs me she is working on it. The radio silence......nothing. I keep leaving message after message. I then finally speak with her again at the end of July and she tells me that there is another individual working on my case. But she does not have that persons name, email or phone. She says that she will leave a message for her, not sure how she can do that without having her name, email or phone? And then nothing again. It is now August 8th and nothing from this team and there are nests under my panels. You have a choice of providers, do your research and go elsewhere. The customer service provided at ********************** is horrible.Sunrun, Inc.

Dont waste your time. They are great to tell you what you want to hear and get you in. After your up and running dont expect any resolution to problems. 2nd time around promised (my mistake) app for monitoring usage and everything. To be told after it isnt working with your panel and we will put in a ticket. 2 months later and several follow *** only to be told someone will call you back. Sunrun come pick up your panels if you cant deliver. Dont even get my on their outdated billing and website and emails from collection because we pay the **** we get then told it was more. They got to big for their own good and its about getting the customer no focus on servicing them.Sunrun, Inc.

My system was down for four months. Once I realized this I contacted Sunrun and a technician was scheduled to come out. I was given an appointment time but no one showed up. I was then told that the issue was resolved on their end but that was not the case. My system still wasn't reading. Another appointment was made and the technician stated that the system wasn't connected to my WIFI. This was why I needed to be home when the first appointment was made! So now I was billed three times the amount for ***** and five times the amount for **** I have tried to resolve this issue numerous times and I'm just told what seems to be a scripted message about how my system runs. Then I was told I was overcharged and would not see the credit for 2 or more billing cycles. I paid the ***** **** and now I'm told that **** was correct but not compared to my ***** **** last year at all! I received two more bills that do not reflect a credit at all so I called again today. It took 40 minutes for me to speak with a manager to be told that I can only get a $100 credit. I was charged for 1,444kWh and was told it should have been 298kWh. No explanation was given for *****. So alright, tell me how three months total nearly $200? I purchased my home with this system in 2020 and I am beginning to regret it.Sunrun, Inc.
