      I had panels added on to my existing Sunrun panels and I was told by my salesman that I would be paying the new amount (which was lower) instead of my previous billing amount and that I would be signing a new contract. I was leery and I asked for clarification on this several times because it seemed too good to be true. I was assured every time and led to believe that the new contract and lower amount would be IN PLACE of my previous contract and billing amount. Now I am stuck paying both bills for the next 25 years. As a single mother with a single income, I am at a loss and feel taken advantage of (straight out lied to my face on several occasions) and the burden of this added **** overshadows any benefit from Solar.

      Pushy sales people showed up to our home. Despite multiple times saying were not interested, they continued to press. They asked to see our personal information in the form of a pg&e ****. Additionally they showed us drone footage of our roof indicating we have a prime spot for solar panels. I found this to be creepy and a major invasion of privacy.

      We have had horrible services from vivint in every single department since we've had vivint installed back in 2013 until present day. The salesperson told us our electric **** would go down to under $60-00 a month from $800.00 amonth and that has never happened yet in 2022. In fact our lateset **** from our electric company is $500.00 a month and we have 41 panels and 2 batteries from vivint installed. Our electric company has come out to check our house and said somethings wrong with the solar not our electric. Their customer service department as well as their supervisors can never give us a straight answer for any of our questions and their solar systems are always not working . Yet they continue to charge us and expect us to pay for their system that doesn't work. Vivint has threatened to turn off our system which we have no problem with because it doesn't work anyway. We've told them to take it off our roof but they tell us we have to pay them $23,000.00. Our monthly **** with them is at about $5000.00 because we refuse to pay for a system that doesn't work. Their technicians come to check it and fix it but everytime in a few days it doesn't work again. We don't mind paying if they would deduct money for the time the systems don't work (which is most of the time) but they don't. We would really like to have nothing to do with vivint and have them take off their systems and go with a different company or have them fix their systems to where it works all the time, lower electric bills and deduct payments for times systems failed .

      The original solar company was bought out by Sunrun. Roof and structure damage cost agreements were not honored by Sunrun so entire cost of repairs fell on us (shared costs were because of extensive delays in panel removal). Then Sunrun started charging us as though the panels had been reinstalled, which they never were. **************** calls are a joke unless you enjoy endless loops of on-hold music. And to get out of a 20 year lease is more money than we can commit. Better to own your own panels than get into a rental agreement.

      I had a zoom interview with *********************** at Momentum. First I would like to say his interviewing tactics were appalling! He was wiping his face the entire time in his car and then cut me off from the zoom camera and hung up. Maybe because I am extremely knowledgeable in Solar Sales.

      The entire process was completed in a professional manor, from the sales people to the installation personnel, including the management team. Sunrun also monitors the system for any potential problems.

      My secondary battery has been down and not working since June 2021. Sunrun came to replace the primary battery in November of 2021 but has not given me any timeline or answers as to when the secondary battery will be replaced! Ive called to complain numerous times and they say they dont know when battery will be replaced! This company is absolutely terrible since the time of my entire system was installed. They do provide me a $90 credit for the battery not working but my electric **** is double and at times triple in costs since the secondary battery was defected! Yes, defected ** batteries that SunRun knew had issues and were defective when it was installed on my home in 2019! I dont know what else to do as SunRun cant even give me a timeline of a secondary battery replacement!
