I signed a contract with Sunrun in Summer ************************************************ December 2021. We are now in July 2022 and I still dont have a functioning system. The reps keep blaming the city inspectors and energy company, but they rarely respond to calls or texts, call back or keep me updated, so I dont believe them. Im rarely told when an inspection or work will happen, I only get people randomly showing up at my house at 7:30 a.m then turning the electrically off, with no notice. I got one of those stock letters sent from the *** apologizing for delays, with some little apology trinkets, but are they actually doing anything to improve? No. I have been paying my solar loan every month on top of still paying the full electricity **** because theyve taken so long to bring the system online. This is a terrible company all about upfront sales and then their service drops once they have the contract. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to get solar.

Fantastic solar company. From my project manager, the installers were all fantastic. Everyone was prompt. System installed in one day with 25 panels. Awesome company ?? recommended.Sunrun, Inc.

Productivity of the panels seems to be what was explained prior to the contract and installation. Installation was about a year ago and it went very well. The only concern is the lack of interaction with Sunrun but there has been no issues that require contact.Sunrun, Inc.

Well I was a great proponent of sunrun and recommended them to many friends and family. but over the last year many of the things that Ive experienced have led me to believe that once they merged with Vivint they no longer care much about customer service. I had a ****************** sales agent forge my signature on my neighbors HOA application and I immediately reported this to Sunrun through my previous sales representative she informed me that her boss would get back to me that week, never heard a word. Ive also had numerous problems with customer service trying to decipher their production guarantee year over year . no one seems to be able to send me the proper documentation that I can review from my anniversary date to anniversary date over the last seven years so that I could then go back and check with my bank to see if I ever was given a credit and my **** reduced. I have to admit it is very hard for me to leave this review because initially I was a very very supportive Sunrun I bought their stock in their first initial offering Im not sure whats happened over the last seven years but something has definitely changed.Sunrun, Inc.

I've been customer and user of ********************** for 4 years now I purchased my solar panels my electric **** last 3 years was 35 to $40 this year I actually got a credit of a couple dollars all to the PlusSunrun, Inc.

I had Sunrun install my panels about seven years ago and I have never had a problem of any kind with them. I am thrilled that I went with them. My neighbor went with a different company and they didnt install enough panels and she has had to pay thousands of dollars every year since the panels did not generate enough electricity. If I have ever called them with any kind of question they were extremely courteous and answered my question immediately. Thank you Sunrun. A happy satisfied customer .Sunrun, Inc.

Sunrun has an amazing team that works with you. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. They are well versed in product knowledge. They every effort to meet deadlines keeping the customer informed. Ive actually had 2 installations on ************ in 2018 and a second in 2022 when I cut down a huge tree (damaged by a storm) that opened up the front roof of my home. The salesman was great; very patient. The installers were very impressive. Often tradesmen are kind of surly and lack people skills. But I was impressed at the efficiency and care the crews took. The process waiting for Com ** to give authorization to turn it on after its installed is long. But out of Sunruns control. Im sure Com ** would prefer you were getting all your power from them. If you have to deal with customer service its offshored so not the best. But we can say that about most companies today. And many Americans dont want that job anyway. They have an excellent phone app to see what youre generating or to pay a ****. I lease mine. I pay monthly on the first set but prepaid for 20 years of power on the 2nd set which can be a good value if you have the money. I love getting clean power, having a fixed price that never changes, seeing my Com ** **** at almost zero. And theres no upfront costs. They do everything. Not too many projects you can say that about.Sunrun, Inc.
