      Tried upgrading my account with a discount that was not applied to my yearly subscription, and now I am unable to get my money back. **************** was not happy. They saw that I had the discount in that that was not applied and I did nothing.

      I use this app on a ******** The app crashes the whole tv and it has to do a reset cycle at least once before I can actually watch anything. The user interface is slow and laggy at best. Recently, (this morning) my free trial ended, and once my card was charged, (could be coincidental, idk) anytime I hit "watch" on anything, the app crashes and sends me to my TV's home screen. Haven't been able to use the app at all since actually paying for it. I feel scammed and ripped off. As a person from a paycheck to paycheck household, it's highly upsetting. This is the second time we tried this app as the first time, a couple years back, we cancelled due to slow and lagging user interface. I'd say the app has gotten even worse since then. I have been waiting to hear back from customer service for half an hour now. I expect they know what they did and that I won't be taken care of. Especially since their customer support currently has a "higher-than-normal-volume." I will never use this app ever again, and will always be sure to recommend that no one else does either. Terrible way to do business!

      Dont understand why Paramount plus chose to air a episode saying *********************** is ******. Wondering other than my cancellation of their programming how many people throughout ******* and the rest of the country to follow suit. I watch TV to get away from all the things going on. Your TV channel will never air in my ever again. It was disturbing plus disgusting

      The worst platform that ever was. If you have a ********** don't bother to waist your money or time, between paramount and samsungs cobstants updates, causes issues with the streaming. This is the same platform that was cbs all access. Same crapy service and issues. And now with ******* + and paramount + joined together is going to crash the platform. As if it wasn't already a failure. Poor customer service too managers do not respond or call back. Trouble tickets get closed before being resolved. I would think twice. I use to love CBS. Now I will never watch that network again. Or any of its shows. Rip big brother, survivor and amazing race. Good bye!

      Paramount plus charged me double for an annual ad-free subscription. Then they shoved me off TWICE to talk to my bank about it-- of course my bank had no answers because banks don't reject money. How lazy and offensive; Paramount plus stole my money and then put the burden on my to have to find it. They finally issued a refund which is now pending somewhere and to add insult to injury is still trying to show ads. I still have not received my refund due to Paramount Plus' failures as a legitimate and trustworthy company. What is wrong with this company? Totally inept and will steal your money and not provide the service promised. I have all the regrets, I will never deal with them again (the programming is not even worth it) and will warn all others that *** be interested to STAY AWAY. My time and money are valuable to me, they are not to Paramount Plus.

      Paramount has been pulling all of the top *** shows for its streaming app . They advertise the shows as if you will get the full seasons of the shows which you dont . Also leading you to think past seasons are also included which are not . For example if you want to watch all of the past seasons of Seal Team you wont get them on this app . This also goes for *** , *** International and other shows as well . This is false advertising on the company`s end as well as fraud . I don`t mind paying for a service but I at least expect to get my monies worth and not be ripped off .You also cant view any of the above mentioned shows using the *** app which they also own even though it has a link to subscribe . Nothing but a rip off and a con from this company and I for one will be filing a complaint with the *** about this garbage .

      This company says it offers an ad free experience except live TV and some shows. From what I understand the ads if any are supposed to be ads about what else is available to stream on the platform. Literally all of the shows I am interested in watching have 15 sec PAMPERS commercials, NOT Paramount commercials.If you can't offer ad free, then don't charge customers more money for more of the same.

      Too difficult to cancel as they allow a third party(GooglePlay) to subscribe but then you have to navigate the third party app to cancel.

      We are paying for no ads. Everyday I have to uninstall and reinstall. Now right in the middle of a show, even a scene, ads pop up. **************** keeps asking for the same information IP address, the name and time of the commercials, etcetcover and over and still are not resolving the issue, just keeps getting worse.
