      If I could give negative stars, you can very well bet I'd give Paramount+ a -10! I cancelled my subscription and they still took $10 for a subscription charge, claiming I owed for a past month! They wouldn't even let me watch anything for the entire month of January because I couldn't pay but then told me I owed the subscription fee! Absolutely deplorable! I want others to know about this underhanded, awful behavior!

I cancelled my subscription and they still took $10 for a subscription charge, claiming I owed for a past month!       Some of the content in the original shows that Paramount presents are brilliant. I do not think it is a good move to place innuendos into a show, it is divisive. Poker Face has been great. Why introduce the ***** dog"? That is a way to turn off viewers. We want to appreciate the actors and entertainment. Know your audience. Most of ** live in the fly over states. We subscribe to your premium cable service. Comparatively - if anyone purchases tickets to a musical concert of any type and the musical artist gets political during the performance, most people tune out after that. Entertainment is Entertainment. We do not need to receive any political message from either side. Your audience is from all sides. I am not on ******* or Insta, so no one will probably ever see this or respond. For your bottom line and your profits, try to appeal to everyone, history shows that is what works.

      Paramount+ is a cash grab. They will get you subscribed to their services and then not even allow you to unsubscribe from it. They do not offer a live agent to help out, and overall leaves their customers flustered.

      I have had Paramount + for over a year with no problem. Suddenly 2 weeks ago I can not access the app. Every Thursday they send me a notice the techs are working on my problem. I want my CBS access back. Can anything be done. Obviously Ive canceled my subscription but I would restart if i could access my shows

      Same here, had an issue trying to download. But lucky me I paid with PayPal. I notified PayPal and they refunded me immediately. Of course paramount notified me via PayPal and were going to load it. Well I wrote back saying I knew someone would contact me once I withheld money. Well they got angry and said my account was cancelled. But at least I had PayPal and my money was recouped immediately. Wow after reading these reviews I so glad they did.

      they make it impossible to talk to a live body, they have a no refund policy. I cancelled my annual subscription within 5 minutes of being billed and resorted to disputing the charge with my credit card company. It seems criminal to auto renew with out some sort of recourse,

      the WORST service you could have! Paramount has ZERO customer service when it comes to resolving issues that they KNOW they are at fault for. I had a monthly subscription, $9.99/mo.. I had cancelled it on 11/26/22 because i no longer used it. When i was going through my bank statement a couple weeks later, i noticed that they charged me $9.99, which is fine.. but then they also charged me $94.28 a few days after. I immediately inquired to Paramount questioning what this amount was. When I checked my account online, it showed my subscription as cancelled, but it also showed my plan type as annual. I never changed my plan to annual, which i advised to Paramount. They said the switch was made on 11/26/22, the same day i cancelled the monthly. Because Paramount has an EXTREMELY strict NO refund policy, Paramount told me they could not issue me a refund and that they could, instead, give me a discount for next years renewal. I told them i would not be utilizing their service ever again and demanded a refund. I then remembered that they were having a deal where annual plans were 50% off, which was active during the time that I supposedly switched my plan. Paramount made me send proof of the discount, which I did. Then they said they would apply it to next year and i firmly requested it be applied this year and that they refund me at least half of what they never should have charged me to begin with. With my luck, the card that was on file at the time was cancelled due to a different issue so while they did try to refund me, it wasnt going through (which is my fault). I asked if there was an alternative method (i.e. apply to new card or mail physical check). They just kept telling me to talk to my bank which I already had and they advised they couldnt do anything. When I called Paramounts customer service, I was advised by a ****** that a physical check may be an option. Nonetheless, Paramount has since stopped responding to my emails.

      Paramount+ will not let me sign in to my account. **********************+ will not send me new link to make a new password. I have tried calling them and it says call cannot be completed now, try again later. I cannot cancel and they will keep charging me:<

      Since I signed up, the **** app always has issues, I can't ever connect anywhere and what's worse, the worst costumer service experience. Even to handle your subscription it is way too convoluted. My subscription terms aren't clear either. My subscription is used by myself and father. I can't see it with my Roku device, he does and then stops seeing it. Everywhere I load the app, be it my tablet or phone, it always has some technical issue that is never corrected. Just to cancel since I can't access the app I call and need to wait an hr for a rep. This is just absurd and disrespectful to the consumer.
