      I had subscribe to Adobe Reader which is suppose to be totally free instead they charged me for $14.03 for the Adobe ***************** Because they had charged be for 3 months, they will not give a refund.This is their response by email: This email confirms that you canceled your **************** DC subscription. You will continue to have access to your subscription tools and online services until the end of your billing cycle on 12-September-2023 (PT). After this date, your account will revert to a basic, free level of membership.If you change your mind or have done this in error, you can easily reactivate your subscription.I think they are a greedy company and they make it hard to stop any unsubscribe their programs.

      Apologies for the poor experience. We found that the customer subscribed to an **************** DC subscription with an annual commitment in March 2023 and there is a ***** of 14 days where a customer can cancel and get refunded.

      We have initiated a refund of last 3 months' transaction as a goodwill gesture. The credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method.

      I signed up for a 7 day free trial just to try it.Decided I didn't want it after 3 weeks. Cancelled and they charged me $105 for "early cancellation".Totally reprehensible greedy company. Don't use it unless you have to.

      Apologies for the poor experience. We found that the customer signed up for a ***** trial for Acrobat Pro DC in July 2023. By providing the payment information, the consumer receives a free trial of the product. This allows the subscription to continue without disruption at the end of the trial period. The consumer can cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. Moreover, the subscription also comes with an additional 14-day risk-free guarantee. 

      As an exception, we have initiated a refund for the cancelation fee and the first charge. The credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a customer for over 2 years paying $29.99 a month. I tried cancelling this service in March 2023 and they gave me the runaround and although I basically screamed at the agent to cancel she said "ok, you wont be paying for the next 3 months" and then hung up on me. I was just now able to cancel this subscription on their website (which was not an option before) and tried to get the assistant of an agent over their live chat. I took pictures of that conversation because I explicitly told the agent: No deals, no offers, no free months, please assist me with cancelling. And the agent completely ignored what I said. If you guys are this money hungry maybe your company is not doing as well as it should on its own merit. DO BETTER

      Seeing such a large company have a 1.1 score says a lot. Top tier product with world class greed.The automatic renewal can not be disabled, all you can do is cancel the product at the right time, otherwise you have to pay a MASSIVE cancellation fine. The product is already overpriced for private people but the predatory behavior of the company when it comes to renewal is what drove me away.Their support is hard to reach and the main focus is on upselling. This company deserves to crash and burn.

      Apologies for the poor experience. We found that the customer contacted support where 3 months were added to their account in January to help continue with the subscription. The customer canceled the annual plan paid monthly subscription online which led to an early termination fee. We have refunded the fee as a goodwill gesture. The credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method.

      The "free trial" has hidden in it a year-long contract with cancellation fees. I was forced to pay for another month after my trial period ended so I could cancel the trial/subscription. Then a cancellation fee of $79.99 was tagged to my credit card. Wish I had checked BBB to heed the warnings about Adobe. ***DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!***

      Adobe charges me $600 every year for a subscription I cancelled years ago. It was a monthly subscription of $20 a month until they began charging a $600 lump sum payment every July like clockwork. I've spent hours with customer service, been told it's cancelled, done chargebacks with my bank, the whole nine yards... and still they charge me. Needless to say, I'm never buying an Abode product again. This isn't just a scam, it's thievery.

      When I logged into my "account" there was no listed subscription. Yet adobe kept charging my card for months on end. When I tried to cancel it, they continued to harass me with more offers. It took 4 representatives, then 1 supervisor to get the subscription canceled. I don't know how I became subscribed in the first place.

      Adobe does not cancel your plan when the card on file declines for payment as as they advertise. Once payment was declined a message in the account stated account will be cancelled if payment is not updated. This is not true and Adobe continues to run card for payment. Once payment declines there is no way to cancel the account. The customer is only left with the message that the account will be declined if payment is not updated. I did not update the payment but Adobe ran the card again causing overdraft. There was no way for me to remove the card on file.

      Predatory. The "free trial" has hidden in it a year-long contract with cancellation fees. I was able to get six months waived after complaining twice, but still had to pay the rest of the contract. I did have the cancelation fee waived after complaining as well. Going on to the website to find the cancellation information was very difficult as was connecting with an agent to help me. Avoid at all costs.
