I have cancelled my subscription 3 separate times since graduating and they keep charging me, it's absolutely ridiculous! My classmates all have had the same problem, these people are ripping everyone off, assuming that people won't check their billing statements to see if they charge them monthly. they RIP people off. The company should be ashamed. I have talked to many others who have had the same problem. I am not the only one.

So I decided to try out a 2 month free service of AE with no commitments, it turns out (1.5 months later) that it was a "year commitment" and would cost me about a hundred bucks to "cancel." After about 30 minutes of trying to communicate via chat to a customer service rep the miscommunication, he agreed that there may have been a miscommunication. This is not before trying to get me to sign up for another product/subscription/etc for 25 of the 30 minutes. He told me he'd cancel the subscription and that was that.I left for school out of state and returned a month later to see that my Adobe account was still signed up to be charged.... Long story short, it took me another 45 minutes of explaining that the last CS rep didn't cancel the service to actually get him to cancel it.10 minutes : explaining what previously happened 30 minutes : offering upgrades to get me to sign up for more 4.5 minutes : you sure you don't want to try this?30 seconds : cancels subscription I get why CS reps do this, but my god what a pain this was. I had MUCH higher expectations of Adobe since I've used their products since the 90's, but this was ridiculous. I felt like I was at a car dealership. And not only did I have to sit and wait forever to actually get something done, it wasn't even done correctly the first time!

Apologies for the poor experience. We understand that the support experience was less than adequate, and we will assess the customer journey to derive measures we can adopt to prevent similar issues in the future. We confirm that the plan is canceled and the early termination fee was waived off by the support staff.Adobe Support Case : ADB-********-P2C2

I Haven't used their product and have no use for it I contacted them and I contacted ******* for a refund explaining this is either fraud or a mistake and they Adobe has ignored me and ******* told me they can't help me this happend on the 2nd of June it's the 6th of June and I noticed the charge yesterday..THIS IS A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION! and I haven't used your product nor will i....So let me get this straight if I walk into a store and buy something then get home and it's something I didn't want and I got try and return it and its still brand new..The store doesn't tell me too bad...So how does Adobe do this? This is ******* your company is operating with impunity I promise I will do everything in my power to fight this. It's the principle...I bet you've done this to people who have nothing and are alot less off then me...So I'll do this for them...

Apologies for the poor experience. By providing the payment information, the consumer receives a free trial of the product. This allows the subscription to continue without disruption at the end of the trial period. The consumer can cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. Moreover, the subscription also comes with an additional 14-day risk-free guarantee. Would not recommended based on the predatory nature of their marketing campaigns. They offer a trial and once you are signed up you cannot cancel without paying a fee for early termination. This is all done without proper notification to the customer. Would not recommended to anyone.

I downloaded a free trial and the software didn't work for me. Did not even get the program open to complete the activity. Months later I recognize a couple of charges on my credit card. I can even say for my carelessness I'll eat the $50 + but charging me $129 for early termination becomes fraud. Is that even clear to prospective downloaders. To the powers that be, I'm calling on you to put an end to this behaviour displayed by a big corporation whose stock price is over $400. I've seen countless comments here with the same rhetoric. Adobe, shame on you.

I see that the Adobe Trial was a scam. I tried the trial to use on FEMA elevation certificate forms because they did not work the same computer to computer. It did not work as I desired so I thought I had canceled the service. I reviewed my paypal account and found they had billed me for four months. I canceled it with my Paypal account, then I received emails wanting new payment info for a product I never used. I tried to respond to these emails but they were all returned undeliverable. Sad costumer interface with a product that we use everyday

I am one of countless people ripped off by this company and forced into a paid subscription I never agreed to. I did not realize I had not cancelled. I tried to today and it said it would actually charge me $60!! How is this legal? How does a company get away with ripping off SO many people and charging SO much? They make money betting people will forget and be forced to pay the early cancel fee! I refuse! They need to start a class action lawsuit! I want every dime back and then some!!

******************************* has been at, or close to, the helm of this company for almost 20 years. Having had an experience that mirrors nearly every reviewer here, as well as those on Trustpilot and Consumer Affairs, I can't begin to understand why ****************** has taken no action toward resolving Adobe's glaring customer focus issues. Ignoring, unaware? Can't decide which would be worse. Stockholders DO care about every aspect of a company's reputation and although I've never been a fan of class action suits, this most definitely calls for one.

Adobe offered a free trial for 7 days. After the trial period was over I attempted to cancel the service. The only way to contact them is through chat. It took me almost two weeks to work through their system. Finally I got an agent who agreed to cancel but before they did they offered me other offers. It is very frustrating not to be able to call or make it easy to cancel. Im sure others have just given up. Please look into their customer service support. Horrible!!!

Extremely predatory company. I paid a monthly subscription for just Photoshop and was not aware upon signing up that I literally cannot cancel without paying a massive early termination fee and they offer a "plan change" or "60 days on **" as if that makes up for the fact you still cannot cancel without paying, *even if* you are canceling within their 14-day window. On top of this, Adobe DOES NOT ALLOW removal of payment methods. Even if you are no longer a customer like me, they keep ALL payment methods you have ever used on file forever. I assume this is "just in case" a customer does not want to pay, they can try to charge every available method until they get their money. This is incredibly unsafe, there is no such thing as hack-proof websites and Adobe having every debit card I've ever used with my information on file shows their massive lack of concern for customer security. Delete my PPI.Customer support is absolutely no help, if you are so fortunate to get ahold of them.I will never use an Adobe product again, I am so disappointed with their business model.
