(Actually 1/2 star) I have been an Adobe customer for decades and was very unhappy when they switched to a forced subscription service years ago. But this latest grab for money - upping the subscription by $5 a month instead of the usual $1 or $2 takes corporate greed to a whole new level. I know they have the convenient excuse of inflation to take more money out the pockets of hardworking people who unlike their corporate fat cats, struggle to pay the bills. I will continue to use the service, but only because it's absolutely necessary for my work. But I will say that hopefully Karma will do its job and what goes around will come right back at them. I'd also like to add, that as a result of this I went onto ****** and was shocked by the tsunami of negative reviews! Obviously Adobe knows that it has a sort of monopoly and is totally taking advantage of its customers. But I for one am going to start looking at alternative ways to publish various products and recommend these alternatives to my clients. Nice job, Adobe, in alienating people one customer at a time!Adobe Systems, Inc.

Apologies for the poor experience. We continue to invest in expanding the value of Creative Cloud by delivering continuous innovation that advances creativity for our members. As a reflection of this expanded value, we updated the price of certain Creative Cloud Offerings. We have also communicated the same to our customers through email. However, we're here to help our customers and as an exception, we have provided the same price to the customer for another year. The renewal of the subscription will continue to happen at the same price from 24 Nov 2022. This price is valid only for next year and is subject to change at the time of renewal on 24 Nov 2023.

This company has become a complete scam. Argue all you want about other things as simple as not allowing us to use old versions we paid for & all that's. What pushed me over the line was getting charged $30/month for Adobe Stock & not being able to cancel or retain unused credits. I did a free trial and missed the cancellation by a day. In order to cancel, you have to pay the entire year's monthly payments all at once. After trying to get customer support with the issue, I was only offered three months free. Fine. Well turns out I don't need as many credits as is given. I have 120 unused credits with my year-long contract renewing this next month. I went to FINALLY cancel this $30 monthly bill I haven't been using fast enough & learned that I will lose all of my unused credits when I cancel. That is $270 down the drain. I have defended and loved Adobe since I was a child when I got to mess around on the programs but as an adult watching all of the changes they have made over the years I absolutely hate it. They are just a greedy, money-hungry company that doesn't give a single care to the customers. They'll act like they do until you've gotten stuck in a trap and can't get out without paying an arm and a leg.Adobe Systems, Inc.

This is a terrible business with terrible customer service! When you try to get a monthly subscription it turns out that you getting an annual subscription, even tho they have an option of getting an annual one from the start. I contacted them to cancel my monthly subscription because their application works horribly and they told me I have to pay a two-month fee to be able to cancel! They also don't even listen to what you need, they started suggesting 3 months of a free plan but only because after that they would continue charging me monthly. This is so disappointing!!Adobe Systems, Inc.

Our records indicate that you have purchased a monthly paid plan associated with an annual contract, hence, there were cancellation charges applicable as per the terms and conditions. We also acknowledged that you have not used the services, hence, as a one time exception we have waived the cancellation charged and canceled your membership with a refund of last 2 months which you will receive in next 5-7 business days.

I spoke to another afterward to share that experience and they were apologetic, said they canceled the subscription but I just got charged again two months in a row since then. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They have billed our company incorrectly and I've spoken to four different people and have emailed three more and they cannot fix it. It is a simple fix as well. I could call any other company and have this fixed in literally 2 minutes. If we didn't need it for ADA ********** on our website, I would cancel the subscription immediately just out of sheer frustration.

I downloaded and installed Adobe creative cloud a few weeks ago. I haven't even been able to use it. My laptop is old and slow. I don't want this product. I'll never be able to use it. I've called customer service, was told I'll still be billed for it. I haven't been able to use it since day one.Adobe Systems, Inc.

Apologies for the poor experience. We found that the customer subscribed to a 30 days trial for Adobe Stock and Creative Cloud All Apps. We understand that the customer contacted support & was not able to cancel the subscription. Hence, we have terminated both the plans and initiated the full refund of $148.37 ($58.29*2= $116.58 for CC all apps and $31.79 for Adobe Stock - 10 assets). The credit of $148.37 will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method.

Impressive, and encouraging stating that you will be there to help your customers navigate all phases of your applications.,,,,,,hmmm well many of us challenge your words. Looks good on paper, internet and press but lacks follow through and sincerity to you true base, your customer! I am exhausted, frustrated, and unsatisfied. After days, and I mean days, of contacting your "customer care" I have received little support or answers to my issues with creative cloud and most importantly photoshop. It seems that listening is not part of your training protocol as you never heard or repeated what my issues were. Promises were made to call back by every level of your support team. And not a word. I call and receive just empty promises. I have noted that I am not alone there is a mountain of negative statement regarding the quality of your customer support. You seem to ride the wave of exclusivity in this market niche. I am not alone in this frustration and have lost time and money with delayed projects. Worst billing practices ever! Started a trial that's it. Never used the product ever. Trial ended then they attempted to bill me over 20 times and still attempt to daily! This is unsavory business practices that should be shut down. I tried to permanently delete my account and they keep trying to force me to pay for something I never used. Apologies for the poor experience. We found that the customer subscribed to a 7 days trial for Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB Edu plan on 26 Jul 2022. Post 7 days trial, if it's not cancelled the plan is converted into an annual plan and then also there is a grace of 14 days where customer can cancel and get their money back. We understand that the customer never cancelled within Trial period due to which the system was trying to attempt for the payment. Hence, we have terminated their plan.

1 starIn 2012 I purchased adobe audition outright from adobe. This was obviously before they started their monthly subscription service. Last year, after a few years of not using adobe audition, I got inspired to do some recording. Upon opening AA I was met with a message that my software was not a licensed adobe product and that I should contact customer service. To say that customer service was the rudest, most unhelpful customer service I've ever encountered would be the understatement of the century. I was accused of pirating, and repeatedly told that if I could produce the serial number they'd gladly resolve the issue. The problem with that is that it was an online purchase (directly from adobe) and I didn't bother to save the key because I never would have thought I'd have to prove anything. This issue was unique and completely unexpected. After a two week back and forth battle with adobe CS I was able to retrieve they key. I called them, gave them my serial number, and the young Indian man on the other end explained to me which files to locate in the software to delete which would prevent any future issues. Problem solved. Fast forward to last week. I bought a new laptop and wanted to transfer AA to it. I was prompted to enter the serial # four times total. It immediately appeared on my CC as the licensed product I paid for.... Until I opened it and entered the serial the last time. I was immediately hit with a new message saying that this version is no longer valid and to contact customer service. I called CS again, and was immediately accused of pirating and on top of that I was threatened with the adobe legal team?! Now they want a proof of purchase which is impossible because my bank records don't even go back that far, I've tried, and I'm sure they're aware of that. They are programmed to up sell you to the monthly service, which will never happen. They are trying to steal from me, and are calling me a liar on top of it.Review fromAndres A

They price one business account at $84 USD a month approx. That includes ALL apps. All of creative cloud (includes MANY MANY apps). But if you try to buy 1 app, just one, they charge you $35 in the case of Adobe Illustrator... It should be $5-$10 a month at the most. Their prices force you to buy something you dont want. for that reason in my opinion I feel like this is a borderline corporate criminal activity.Adobe Systems, Inc.
