Adobe is clearly a great suite of software, but the customer service is terrible. I signed up for a month, but somehow ended up with additional licenses and a +$300 fee to cancel. Service chat had no power to help and they've asked me to wait two days before someone might call. Be very careful about subscription fine print and switch **** or your small/solo business could be charged hundreds if you no longer need the service.

This company is a scam. I signed up a monthly subscription of their photo editing program. I did not like it and tried to cancel the month after. I was informed that there was fine print explaining my monthly payment was actually an annual subscription. In order to cancel I would have to pay $75+ fee. The agent waived my subscription fee for 3 months so I could cancel without a fee in September. Last week I logged on to confirm my account would not review. This morning I was charged $9.99 again. When I tried to cancel online it said I would have to pay $34.99 early cancellation fee. I spent over an hour talking to various agents. They finally agreed to refund me and cancel my account without a fee. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription you are not using. If you are signing up for an annual contract it should be abundantly clear. Not everyone has over an hour to spend talking to agents. They should be investigated.

My dad signed up for Adobe's free 7-day trial. He went in two days before the trial was up to cancel. When he went through the cancellation process Adobe offered him an additional 7-days to continue using Adobe before making up his mind and he hit yes. NOTE: They didn't give him an additional 7-days; they took that yes as purchasing their service and charged him $63 for a monthly plan. When I contacted Adobe, they stated they never offer an option to extend the free trial. I was sitting right there when he signed into cancel, and I saw the offer with my own eyes. I did more research, and I found Adobe has been in trouble with the *** for their cancellation policy. My advice...stay away from this company at all costs. They do not care about people. If they did, they wouldn't try and deceive potential customers. DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR THEIR FREE TRIAL. RUN! Zero stars given if that was an option.

Choosing to claim all your customer's work is all your own is one thing. But currently, you CAN NOT change your Account Payment information. The screen won't load, I have tried two different browsers. This should be illegal.

Can you give no stars? Spent 2 weeks trying to get the program to open. **************** is terrible. The app literally has different interfaces every time you open it. Complete trash and a total waste of time. Nothing but problem after problem. After 100 hours of work I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Don't use adobe. I was told I needed a new computer to run the app. After spending $3,000 on a new mackbookpro, the app still doesn't work. What an absolute joke of a company. Look at the ******* videos, one after the other, explaining how HORRIBLE this app is.

The absolute WORST software on Earth. I pay these crooks a subscription fee every month only to have Photoshop crash every time I try to start it up. I have just loaded the latest "upgrade" and the program is absolutely USELESS. Every time I try to open it I get a message that Photoshop has unexpectedly quit and a "report" is sent to *****. The worst part is Adobe just doesn't care - what a surprise that "customer support" is closed. ********************** has obviously made it to the big leagues - they can steal with impunity because no one will do anything to stop them. The only answer is to SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Zero Stars. Adobe stores your credit card info indefinitely. Even though I went through ******, they are still able to access my card number. I had my account canceled yesterday & was told I wouldn't be charged anymore. I disconnected my Adobe account from my ****** to be sure. An unauthorized charge from Adobe showed up on my account this morning, and it did not go though ******, and it was for the amount of the service I had already canceled. Disputed, getting a new card. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE PAYMENT INFO.

I signed up for an annual subscription paid monthly for Adobe Pro. The primary reson I signed up was so that I could generate and sign documents as well as edit pdf files. I only needed the service for a short time. Shame on me for not reading their punitive cancellation charges. Shame on them for not allowing me to cancel auto-renew on my account without cancelling the plan, thereby incurring a cancellation fee. Auto-renewal should always be an optional choice and should always be able to be cancelled. Adobe is hoping that people will forget to cancel during the last month when there is no penalty, thereby setting themselves up for another year of punitive cancellation fees. Not good customer service. On top of it all, the app doesn't function properly on my computer.

I own 2 laptops and 3 desktops, which I use for my two full-time jobslaptops for field work and desktops for office work, including a personal desktop. Despite being one person, I have to deal with constant logins and logouts across all my devices, up to 5 times a day. This repetitive and unnecessary inconvenience has driven me to the point where I no longer wish to pay nearly $700 a year for software that I don't even truly own. For two years, I've tolerated this, hoping Adobe would address these issues, but nothing has changed. Every time I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro, I get prompted to log in, even when I don't need to edit the document. If I close the login dialog, the application shuts down within seconds, interrupting my work. This feels like a predatory tactic that prioritizes control over customer experience. There are no exceptions and I don't want to use their freeware. I just want to use what I paid for. At this point, I am now willing to use paid software from other companies than spend another dollar on perpetuating this, in my opinion, unacceptable model.I understand the shift to software as a service, but Adobe's model feels like "software as a forced service." I cant even purchase multiple licenses for my devices. The freeware version could solve some issues, but since I have a paid version, I'm forced to log in just to view PDFs. Adobes licensing model and lack of ownership options are beyond frustrating and, in my opinion, should be reconsidered, if not deemed illegal altogether.
