    Very good response to my issues - had full continuity when another support person took over the case. Very pleased with the chat service - AI was good but generic answers didn't fix my problem - when escalated to "ticket" level all went well.

    ****'s customer service and committed support is definitely unsurpassed! The care and consideration given to me above and beyond what was required was surprisingly unmatched. Great products that last for years are awesome but good old fashioned customer service is priceless commodity that ensures a desire to explore other services.     SIMPLE UNCOMPLICATED SOLUTION for my issue.... My old **** camera still works great. I get a yearly plan but needed to renew and somehow I created 2 accounts. I contacted customer service through email and they quickly responded with a better than expected simple solution. Since I haven't had an issues in 3 years, support was not needed, but it is good to know that I can count on them to make it right in the future.
