    I did have a product quality issue that was serious enough to warrant never doing business with Kami/Yi again. Customer service addressed this issue seriously and followed through diligently until I was satisfied; offered replacement options and refund. I was treated to the respect and gratitude of customer service rarely found these days.My concerns were satisfied.

    I purchased the cameras and they work as advertised. I had an issue my cloud subscription and it was resolved timely. If I need additional cameras, I will order this.

    I bought the kami vision cloud for ***** a month. My internet service is not strong enough to support four cameras iand the cloud fully. So I have asked kami In multiple emails to please suspend my subscription for it does not work for me. I have got nothing but the run around from this company. Wanted me to make sure that my payment method has been suspended. But yet I can't get to my payment method on their website. It's easy enough for them to take my payment. But they don't seem to be able to stop when you want them to. Horrible company ! None of their phone numbers work.. they make it impossible. *********************

    Well, Yi/kami support are patient with my bumbling and fumbling of my app purchases or non purchases cause of issues with my credit cards.. kudos to both Yi and Kami Support for helping me out trying to figure out my app subscriptions in both apps.. thanks for your patience and support.. I appreciate the experience and I am going to give both **** and Yi apps a big 10 out of 10 stars! Although I couldnt get hold of phone support which made me sad.. all my cameras been working great but I am getting updated cameras through them, havent had almost no issues with my cameras at all.. thank you sincerely, *****************************
