Black Diamond installed a small patio for my backyard and did an amazing job. I was so impressed with how hard working, efficient, and courteous the crew was. I would highly recommend them!

***** did a fantastic job in planning, managing, and monitoring our backyard project!He went above and beyond during the project by getting his hands dirty, moving 100 lb. stepping stones, changing out chipped pavers and making adjustments as the project progressed.He explained the entire process in detail prior to the job, and his communication during the transformation left us no surprises. A+!The crew, led by ******* ****, also did a great job! *** from Diamondback Landscaping helped me design and plan the remove the front and backyard of all the grass, trees, bushes, brick and cement. Also eliminate an in ground jacuzzi and replace everything with artificial grass raised garden backyard patio and pavement stones with a fire pit area the project turned out better than I had expected, *** would show up every day make sure would run smoothly and assist in any changes that I we would need, I appreciate the ease that it was to work with diamondback landscaping, *** ******** is highly professional, friendly and considerate, I would recommend him for anyone looking for beautiful landscaping needs.Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc.

***** ******** is absolutely amazing! When I booked the consultation to figure out what to do with my sloped backyard, all I said to her was 1 sentence and she, right away, knew exactly what to do (building a retaining wall/ paver patio) along with all the materials I'd want. Afterwards, I looked all over and kept coming back to what she recommended truly amazing! Throughout the project, she went above and beyond with her keen eye, care & thoroughness. Additionally, her extensive and impressive education in agriculture and horticulture shines through. Upon a first look at my property, she knew all about the trees and plants on premise and told me all the do's & don'ts and how to improve them if so inclined! I highly recommend Black Diamond Paver Landscape!Black Diamond just finished installing pavers in my patio. The work is done beautifully and professionally. I was told it would take three weeks, but it was completed in one week as everything went very smoothly! There was no hidden fees, no surprises, no conflicts. The price was very reasonable.I have worked with ***** **** from Black Diamond. I can't speak more highly of *****. He is very prompt. He answered our calls and messages even in evening or weekends right away. He is super patient and accommodating. I have changed the design four times throughout the project and I have never heard any one "No". He is professional and knowledgeable. He controlled every steps of the work and shared the progress with us every day. His plan drawing was accurate and detailed, which helped me to go through the *** review without any issue. He is local and experienced. He understands environments in this area as well as city regulations. ***** brought a team led by *****. We are very satisfied by the work done by his team. His team is very detail oriented. They care every small parts of the work such as wiring lines and shaping pavers, which raises the level of perfection of their work! They were always on time and friendly.Black Diamond provides warranty for *********************************************** my patio. The warranty definitely gave me a relief that ***** and his team will address the issue if I face a drain problem again. I am excitedly waiting for the rainy season this year. I will come back to leave another review after the season. I have already recommended ***** to my friends and neighbors. 1 starOur backyard paver project was supposed to be completed in a little over a week, and is unfortunately now on its 6th week. Due to character limitation, see my ******, Yelp, or ******** review for full review with photos. Some major issues: * We were also not informed of a critical design change. This lack of communication and lack of respect for our time further delayed our project.* Pavers with very noticeable chipped corners were installed. There were also pavers that were damaged due to carelessness of the crew with their power tools. All of these had to be replaced.* Some of the installed pavers are still not leveled.* Different colored pavers were installed. The project was deemed complete a few times, even though there were numerous repairs that were yet to be resolved. We even had to go as far as reach out to the regional manager, *****, in order to get the proper customer service as was advertised on their website. This led to a meeting with him and he listened and agreed with our concerns. We feel as though our time is not being respected and that the project has become rushed, which has led to numerous preventable errors and the project being far past its expected completion date. We decided to work with Black Diamond Pavers because their website advertised that they have "Best Prices for Highest Quality Work," "Honest & Trustworthy, 100% Committed to Customer Satisfaction." We believe that we have not been receiving any of these promises. We are currently waiting to hear when the crew will return to complete the project. Not receiving proper updates from the project manager *** has made this process even more stressful and frustrating than it already is. There were multiple occasions we were notified to expect him and/or the crew, only for them to not show up, and this not being communicated with us.Review fromJanet W

Three days ago Black Diamond completed the landscaping project in my backyard. It was completed in a timely fashion. The crew were hard workers. The project manager was very knowledgeable. He listened to my dreams for a magical area that I could find sanctuary. The he presented the projected plans, which turned into a very relaxing / beautiful place to start my retirement. This is my forever home and I look forward to many night sitting on the patio immersed in such beauty and tranquility.The work done was pavers; flagstone; and sod. The Project Manager helped me to select the appropriate material so that everything complimented each other and the color of the house. Then when it was time to get the plants, he listened to which plants were top of my list. We just completed a paver installation of over 300 sq ft with project manager ***** ******** of Black Diamond Landscape *** and we couldnt be more pleased. ***** made this installation about as easy as anyone could imagine. From her initial discussions with us through the complete installation and cleanup she was thorough, helpful and patient. ***** was always available to us and quick to respond to inevitable questions and concerns. Construction was as designed and looks great. The job site was left clean and organized. ****** our project designer, was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our needs and provided helpful insight.
