      I had money sent from my friends PayPal account to mine. He was paying me back for a loan I gave him and his paycheck gets direct deposited into his PayPal account so the easiest way was to just send it straight to mine. That money is now on hold even after 2 phone calls trying to get PayPal to release my money. My money not PayPals money. My brother passed away last night and I was stuck out of town working I desperately need that money to get home and PayPal will not release my money so I can get home to my family.

      PayPal just permanently locked my account for no reason ave i cant even withdraw myb$150 left inside avv bc d they deduct $30 from it leaving my money to $120 , this is rubbish they should fix this immediately

      If I could give 0 stars I would. They continue to charge me for paper statements because my emails arent bouncing back when I have the emails in my inbox. The customer service **** continually said the same thing without listening to the issue and one even recommend I call Gmail since its a them issue. He lied saying it was documented it was bouncing back but it wasnt. Ive been trying to get paperless statements since 2024 and every 3 months it turns back off and charges me, no matter how many times I fix it. And to file a complaint, you have to FAX or MAIL it. Thats when you know the company doesnt give a c*** about its customers. I will be paying my card off and never using PayPal ever again

      If I could give a million negative stars I would, was $cammed & they $tole my $300 deposit that I just applied not even 30 minutes. I call them & ask what the haystax happened to my ************** say they couldn't find it!!! ((This is my complaint to them, they could care less!!!))I NOW CALL YOU $CAMPAL AS YOU ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES OF ALL MEMBER'S HARD EARNED MONEY!!! & YOUR DAMNED SYSTEM WON'T CLOSE OUT THE ACCOUNT!!! WANT A PR NIGHTMARE! I AM GOING TO RIOFF REPORT, YELP, TRUST PILOT ALL OF THEM BBB. YOU NAME IT! GOOD-BYE FOR THE LAST TIME!!!!????????????????????

      Woke up one day and was banned from PayPal with no warning with $1500 in my account taken by ********************** with no explanation of what happened horrible company id advise to use another platform PayPal are legal thieves

      I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an order with *********** for a grocery delivery. I then went to check my credit card balance and saw that nothing had been charged. I looked at my paypal account and they had charged the wrong account. They charged my bank account instead of my credit card. I canceled this order. I then went to paypal's website and set my credit card as my preferred method of payment. Placed the same exact order on ***********. It charged the wrong account again. I canceled it again. I then went in and canceled my existing paypal payment agreement with ******* before placing the order a third time. The whole time this is happening, for 9 minutes, I am on hold to even get to a person at paypal. The call center jerk who answered was completely unhelpful and kept telling me I needed to cancel my payment agreement with *******, which I had already done. Guess I'm just going to have to take the overdraft fees or have no groceries since paypal's interface doesn't work and their employees are incompetent.

      ******** customer support. I was scammed, tried to report the scam and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and to call my bank. I do exactly what they tell me and then they come back and tell me I did wrong.Very cold hearted. Wish I didn't have to use them.

      I was eager to use Paypal as my payment provider for my business, but upon issuing and receiving payment for my VERY FIRST invoice, which was only $500, they immediately froze my funds and permanently deactivated my account. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why they did this, and was met with almost no information other than that I should consult their "Acceptable Use Policy". Upon reviewing that, it's clear that I did nothing remotely close or adjacent to the information listed in that document. They are now holding my funds until December 11th, supposedly to prevent fraud, which is approximately 160 days from the date which they deactivated my account. I need that money in order to pay off business debt and was counting on using that as such. I can't believe they would practice such heartless methods on their clients without even so much as an explanation for why they made their decisions or ANY sort of personalization. Unless this situation is rectified I would never use Paypal ever again, and will urge every business owner that I know to stray away from them as well. I can't believe the audacity that they have to treat their clients like this and lock their own funds away from them. Very disappointing, Paypal.

      Trash. Company is trash. They took $100 from me and never gave it to my mom... when it was a request... they also took the $100 from my moms account but made it pending... where did the money go?
