  My name's ***** my PayPal account got permanently limited for no reason it got hacked a while back I use PayPal to send money to my family I still have money left in the account I want to see if I can get my account reinstated

  Horrific experience. PayPal has accepted fraudulent tracking information as "proof of delivery." Buyer has no recourse even though the dates don't align and the tracking information is obviously bogus. How do they stay in business???

  After 2 decades of using PayPal I strongly urge any persons to stop using them for transactions due to fraud. Not only has fraud been committed but PayPal will refuse to side with you even in the event there is issues with deliveries. Used to be that transactions from PayPal were so very well protected that as a customer it was a good choice. Does the exact opposite Now. You can expect to pay for items you never even received even if you have all of the evidence that it was delivered somewhere else or not delivered at all. Even a damaged package Which all of the contents were completely destroyed and there is video evidence of this. They still would not go to bat for me with the vendor and denied my claims. I'll be deleting the accounts. 20 years and if you dont care about clients you will end yourself

  Liars , deceivers and crooks I have had an issue with a purchase and used PayPal as a third party to makes sure I was protected for a 400 dollar item And the item came in defective and I contacted the seller and just no assistance from the seller so I told the seller a claim would be opened . Now claim opened and escalated PayPal says return item and once delivered I will receive refund. Now over a month waiting item not delivered because seller wont sign for his item. And PayPal told me t wait till the 30th of June and the case would be closed in my favor and well I contacted them on the 30th of June and now they are saying that the item was not accepted so we cannot process your refund until it is accepted. Now PayPal is actually forcing more and more time prolonging my refund to the point I may end up having to contact my bank and file a fraudulent transaction just to get my money back. Even after they see proof of the attempt to deliver. PayPal doesnt work to keep your transaction safe they are there to be a third party and help the sellers. And make money from both parties. At this point PayPal is just as bad as a loan shark. They only care about people who they can make money off of

  My overall rating is that PayPal is not a trustworthy business. The reason for my review is actually to warn others to be very careful on how much they are willing to spend with or through PayPal. I made a purchase through them on April 18th at a Popular business. I was planning on being in the State where the business was located that I originally made the purchase. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to make it and didn't pick up my purchase. I received an email from the business some time later telling me that my order was canceled and would be refunded. I waited the 2 weeks based on what the company's website stated. I received no refund and the run around from customer service that it would be coming, wait a few more days , or we've escalated the issue just give us another few days. I ended up filling a dispute with PayPal which was denied on 2 or 3 different occassions. I explained that I had proof of voice mails and chat messages that could proof that I never received my refund. After going back and forth with PayPal ( who told me that the seller showed proof) I asked for some documentation to show me why my claim was being denied. I knew they didn't have any because I never received my refund at the time! At this point either PayPal doesn't do a proper investigation and they lied or the seller lied. After speaking with the seller I was told that no such conversation was had. Paypal sent me a message telling me that if I wanted proof I would have to write a physical letter and mail it to them. They have been emailing me everything else but they wanted a physical letter. I had to drive to the actually location of the business so that they could manually refund me my money. I have emails with dates and a receipt with the date showing that the money was finally returned a month later after PayPal claims I already received my refund and basically accused me of being a lair. Based on the small amount of $ with this, I dont trust them with much larger $

  A scammer managed to divert $2500 in funds from my bank account quickly to my ********************** account and then immediately to a dummy site. My money was stolen. I contacted my bank and Pay PAL. Luckily my bank after research refunded my money. Now Pay Pal wants the money. It is a debit account. Only I can add or spend money from the account. The money is never theirs. They now are threatening me to pay them $2500. How is this even possible? They lost nothing. It was my money that was stolen, and it was my bank that refunded it. The situation has become very cumbersome. They have threatened collection agency. My life isnt very strong, and this situation is making me feel like a criminal. Pay Pal has been very difficult and not understanding at all. ***** vs Goliath. How can this be happening? If anyone reads this, please help.

  I called and asked for a supeevisor because I needed more time to send a $700 dollar coat back to ******* because i filed a dispute over shipping charges. The coat ia a 3x not XL or L as advertised. I got the case reopened and extended to give me more time. The next day it was not honored. I was told it was a backroom decision to side with thw seller who was actually going to give me a refund but not pay for shipping. I was appaulled at the dishonesty of Paypal and now Im stuck with a $700 coat that doesnt fit.

  I been trying to dispute a fraudulent charge of 1472 that happened on April 27 they said that they did a full investigation but could not find any unauthorized entry so I asked to give me a full report of when the transaction happened from what device and from where. Because before they or the person made the unauthorized transaction there where email and phone numbers added to my account that I didnt authorize. They should have the technology, I just want PayPal to make it right and return the money that was stolen from me $1472 because they now that I didnt do that transaction.

  PayPal are thieves, a hundred dollars was stolen from me on June 19 in the form of two $50.00 pay pal transactions to a ***** Honnan who is a thief.I do not know ***** **** I never did business with ***** **** she went on messenger impersonating herself as **** ****** stole money from me. I have been calling and complaining and PayPal is doing nothing. They said they closed the case in favor of ***** Honnan so now I have to pay an attorneys fee so I can file a case against PayPal and ***** Honnan. PayPal is a horrible company and I will not stop until my money is returned. *** retained an Attorney and it is on!!!
