      My complaint against ******. Today the 7th of July, 2022 ****** limited my account without any reason. They also did not ask for any information or document, they just limited my account. I read their policy page by page and I am sure I haven't done anything wrong.

      I have avoided ****** like the plague for the last 20 plus years. With all their fees and "security" in place to better help their customers. It seems as though, the only people who really have good things to say about ****** are the scammers and hackers! Unfortunately, I sold some items to a buyer in New York. Their payment method was either ****** which sickened me or a paper check! (FN SERIOUSLY). Against my better judgment, I got the ****** account. The buyer receives his merchandise inspects it and releases payment to me. This is where the fun began with their up to 21 day hold because now I'm a seller they want to make sure that the buyer is not going to be returning any merchandise. Please keep in mind the merchandise was scrap catalytic converters! So I jump through some hoops talk to the buyer they get my funds released to me no hold on it only took 3 days. I refuse to add my bank account information to ******. Next best thing I add my cash app card to take my funds from ****** to cash app. Well they blocked the transfer for suspicious activity. So I finally am able to talk to somebody after an hour and a half dealing with their customer service hotline. To learn that the suspicious activity was me adding a new card to my account. Now I ask you, if this is my first time having this account doesn't it figure that I have never added a card before. Their customer service people have really got under my skin with their condescending and very superiority tones. As I speak to a account specialist she tells me you have to wait the 72-hour hold so we can examine further or I can cancel the transaction and you can leave the money in ******. She suggests that I add another card try that my question to her is would that not start another hold. All in all this one transaction confirmed all my concerns and worries about the worst fund sending company ever made! I would love to know who gets the kickbacks to keep these people at an a rating with the BBB. #CUSTOMERS1ST!

      ****** is a scam they are trying to get me to purchase a gift card for thier mistake and send it back to them. Cause someo e hacked my ****** acct . ****** refunded 1000 (which was more then what was taken out) then told me they are gonna freeze my checking account

      I used ****** to make a purchase, the online seller decided to hide the fact that the items were shipped from China. I received totally different items and got scammed. I also paid an expedited shipping fee of $10 and the items came very late. ****** claims once I opened the case that they send me an email to escalate the case but I never once got that email and was wondering why after weeks ****** never stepped in. Infact the agent I spoke with admitted she did not see where they send me a reminder email. They closed the case and offered no assistance. The agents were extremely rude and offered no assistance in their mistakes. They asked me to try and fight the charges with my bank instead.

      I was scammed and they refused to pay me back. So because of their security and policies I lost money because someone out smarted them. I sent them all the info but refused to look at the facts I gave them because they knew they are in the wrong

      I relied on PP for so many years, recently they decided if I want to purchase something I need a Credit Card. I get off the phone with them and while on the call they suggest I buy a PP Debit Card. Which doesn't seem that bad but they would charge fees and interest. Are you kidding me? I can no longer purchase things anymore as they decided to just randomly do this and they claim its "Security measures"

      ****** froze my refunds without providing any reason, and then demanded absurd amounts of documentation just for me to access my own funds. When I provided said documentation, they kept complaining it wasn't good enough. They make any excuse to unfairly steal their money from their users. It has been years and they still have not returned my money.

      Their customer service is nonexistent. Each time I call, I have to wait on hold for at least multiple hours. And when a representative finally picks up my call, they are completely unhelpful and provide me zero resolution to my issue.
