      Are used to have a good relationship with ******. They said I had seller protection which is a total lie. They told me as long as I had the tracking number with the recipients address on it as well as a door tag number with attempted delivery I would be fine. Now all of a sudden none of that matters the customer waited five days after attempted delivery door tag was left they were supposed to contact FedEx because signature was required to have the package re-delivered they never did that so now the package is sitting at a hub in FedEx and now ****** tells me that I'm not reading things clearly and that I have no seller protection even though customer did not follow the instructions to receive their package. So now I'm screwed out of money by ****** and screwed out of money from FedEx . I filed a claim with FedEx but because doortag was left I'm having a hard time getting compensated. The customer knew the day and the time the package would be delivered and she decided not to be home during that time or even try to attempt re-delivery of package so now this is my fault. They blatantly lied to me on the phone when they said as long as I had a tracking number and a door tag number I would be fine now they have changed their story. I have been doing business with ****** for over 10 years and they just lost me as a client

      When trying to set up my account, ****** automatically put a limitation on my account and working with customer service they are unable to fix it and since I have a limitation, I can't close the account either. Looking at other customer feedback and them having a 1.09 rating on BBB, I am not sure how the BBB has can give them an A rating and it doesn't show a lot of credibility on the part of the BBB.

      After account verification, less than a week Close my both accounts business and personal, hold my money and stop my business for no reason I was disappointed

      ****** does not protect buyers from fraud. I was the victim of an obvious fraud, as the seller's webpage disappeared and emails were returned undeliverable. I was told they would investigate and get back to me. Soon, I was sent a denial of claim, with a tracking number that shows it was delivered- fake number and tracking info. But the supplied email was fake and their website was gone. OBVIOUS FRAUD! I closed my ****** account, as well as my Ebay account after this. And I urge everyone to do the same.

      Horrible company and fraud. Bought an item from a seller that was defective and cost me $400 in repairs to my truck. The item I purchased was $80 from brandx, also stay away. He gets the item for 2.99$ from China and sells for $80, price gauging scum. Been 2 weeks I sent in everything they needed pics paperwork etc... seller had till yesterday at 0808 central time July 22 to respond. Called ****** at 1300 July 22, and asked why case wasn't closed and where is my refund, they said, we have 19 hours left for seller to respond, China bull **** people, I said what I'm not in China this is America, also it says July 22 @0808 central standard time, if seller doesn't respond I would get my money back. They kept on talking like Chinese people do and laughing and I here people in the background, I asked for a manager, same answer , Chinese ****, she told me just file with my credit card company and hung up. ****** isn't an American company anymore folks, beware, also they don't stand behind they're customers like they use too when eBay owned them, American company. No wonder this country is going to **** in a hand basket.

      I am one of the many users of ******. Most of the time I am reluctant to use because of its dubious nature. However a recent experience put me off to ****** possibly forever. One of my favorite content creators; a man that goes by the name of Eric July, recently ran a campaign in which he sold a product using ******.

      Recently ****** had stopped processing Eric July's payments because of his politics. You see, ****** is a woke corporation. Mr. July is an African American. Most importantly he is not a Democrat and has his own mind.

      About two weeks ago Eric July put out a product and used ****** as the payment processor. His product, which was a comic book, proved to be extraordinarily successful; to the point where he earned over 3 million dollars....1.2 million of which had to go through ******.

      For no reason at all ****** decided to put a hold on his funds. I suspect it is because of his politics of being a Libertarian that they put a hold on his payment. It is ******'s way of working with woke politicians and entities,

      Be careful of this company. It holds extraordinary amounts of power over people's livelihood, especially as a black person. Of all the talk of it's caring for equity. Its all platitudes. You have been warned.

      ****** deals with a lot of Bogus companies that we the Consumer can use to make purchases. I use ****** because I felt that it would be secure, however some of the companies that are afilateavwith them are SCAMS, and ****** takes us the Consumer through the ringer.
