      I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their advertising is deceptive. They sent a promotional piece advertising 50% off all cards, only to find out that was not true. Instead of 1/2 off the .64 for Christmas cards they show on their website (1/2 off at .32) they came back with a ridiculous price if $4.10 each and would work their discount from there. Another customer rep told me that the minimum purchase was 200cards. In both instances neither was disclosed on the promotional piece we received the mail. This company is very dishonest, and deceptive. Its a classic bait and switch tactic.

      Ordered prints. They never came! No email, message nothing saying sorry for the delay. NOTHING! They took my money and gave me nothing!

      Poor customer service. The tracking of my item showed that it was delivered. When I contacted Shutterfly, they told me that the order was still on the way. I asked them why it said delivered in the email they sent me. I was then offered a $5.00 coupon for my trouble (why?). I was then told that they would send a reorder and expedite the shipping. I told them to just refund the order. To their credit, they actually did refund me. Do not use Shutterfly. They will take your money, and not deliver your product.

      I paid for extra to get my photo books on time. They took my $$$ and never shipped my photo books on time. I spent over an hour on the phone and they wouldn't even expedite so I could get my orders on time. I always always order Standard which have always always shipped out *** for the last ***** years. Now they ship *** which is now **** and they don't deliver to my home that way. If you read their "shipping" methods. Nothing states that Standard shipping is *** or ****. Only Economic shipping. They dont care. Their promises are lies and they steal your $ and you never get your product. Horrible. They should be accountable for stealing from people.

      I ordered a photo book of my dog since he passed. A week later after my book shipped I ordered a 16x20 print. I got the print in about a week, but it was larger than a 16x20 and had to be cut down to fit the frame. My photo book I ordered 14 days ago never arrived. It disappeared 7 days ago at a post office ********************************************* to wait to replace the missing. I won't be using them again. It won't be here in time for my dog's memorial service. I am upset.

      I thought I was getting a good deal with unlimited free photos paying only for shipping. The trick is it averaged out to 14 cents per print because the shipping was over 50 dollars. Several photos were blurred or cut off with only part of the image in the print. Some were blurred but the most discouring was they sent 2,3, or 4 of several of the photos. My order would not process so I called. They said they canceled the order but actually, it was processed along with another order with the same photos. The whole process was a nightmare.

      Horrible company! DONT USE THEM! The program for making a book is outdated and not user friendly at all! You cant even crop your photos in your project that is A BASIC for ANY program! Then I paid extra to have it expedited and it didnt show up in time for my granddaughters graduation. It actually hadnt even shown up yet! I put soooooo many hours and days to get it perfect and paid ALOT of money for a special gift thst didnt even show up for her party! Never will use them again!!!! EVER!

      I have been a Shutterfly customer for years, until my last order. The picture quality was horrible, printed on thin paper, and my 16x20 portrait was delivered rolled up like a poster. I have attempted /reached out 3 times about my order over a week ago, but there has been no response from Shutterfly. I normally don't leave bad reviews, yet alone on the BBB website, but the treatment I have received from ********* is unacceptable. I will never order from them again.

      Shutterfly has turned into nothing but a scam for your money!! You place an order they take your money and NEVER ship your items. They give you a tracking number that shows it hasn't even been picked up by the carrier for weeks! When you attempt to contact them, they lie to you and tell you it's being delivered that day! They also say they can not refund your money! They offer "credit" why would I want to order another item if I can't get what I originally ordered the first time! It has been 2.5 weeks! And still nothing! Still sitting at Shutterfly waiting to get picked up. And with the ratings I now see across the internet they should be ashamed!! This use to be a good company! And who ever is in charge now are complete thieves! I can't even trust my credit card being on the website anymore! If you steal my money this way it won't surprise me if they just steal it with no order placed! I'll definitely take my business elsewhere! I am tired of asking for what I payed for!!
