      I can't stand a company that makes you feel important when trying to get money than when they have it they make you feel like a piece of trash. I have emailed **** for assistance with my cancellation due to my health issues and they just sent a form denial letter on September 12th. It's really a shame that I cannot physically travel, under advice from my doctor, and the only thing I got was a "too bad for you" kind of response.

      0/5 stars, actually! I have been an owner in the Welk Resort Group for almost 12 years. As of present day, I'm supposed to be a proud member in Hyatt Vacation Ownership or ********************** because that conglomerate of a corporation has bought them out. I went to yet another "owner update" in December 2021, at ****** ******************* resort. As a Platinum Priority Owner, I have plenty of points. Despite my attempts during this update to gain info regarding the changes that new ownership would bring, I found myself with 2 sales individuals with a different agenda. With all they're tricks, I made a purchase. My primary goal was attaining the "concierge" type, "personal service" I would be entitled to as a member of an elite point level. An individual who would be available to me at any time to assist with my every booking and/or vacation need. Starting immediately, for trips I was trying to secure. That's what I needed. That's how they got me. This was a costly purchase. Guess what I have yet to experience?? Any assistance at all. I started Jan. 19,2022 dealing with "*****" who is the reported Sr. ***** Manager in ****. Next, I was put in touch with ********************, Director of Customer Relations, or Customer Advocacy. My communication with him went back and forth from March 28,2022 until June 27, 2022. At which time he pawned me off to the Director of ***** in **** and the ** of ***** for Hyatt. I did speak to one individual who tried to "re-sell" me on my purchase by telling me some of the "benefits" I might see in 2023 and ****. Who would pay a large amount of money for something that doesn't exist, or benefits that *** happen in a year or two. My purchase has gotten me nothing. One cannot even navigate the booking site to use all these points. And now, I've been GHOSTED by the one individual who reportedly can bring about a resolution. No response to my calls and/or emails since June 27, 2022.

      Im a **** owner and I really discourage people to buy their timeshare, recently attended a owners update in ****************** and was promised hyatt points also giving lots of excuses that it might take a couple of weeks, but until now I still have not received anything Im not sure if this considered false advertisement but I have text messages and looking into legal matter if it is.But my honest input with **** or I think they are now called Hyatt vacation is the resorts are really nice but there are so much hassle before you can find availability.

      This timeshare is the worst thing that could've happened to us. It is such a waste of money. The lies and deceptions during the presentation and tactics used to pressure us into buying have left us completely scarred for life. We were under the impression that this would be an affordable way to vacation and that has not been the case. in the two and a half years of ownership, we have not been able to vacation even once! Vacationing is supposed to be a time to relax. This ownership has done nothing but cause us financial stress.

      We are extremely displeased with our timeshare ownership with ****. We have spent over 10K and gone away 4 or less times and that was with RCI which cost even more money. We werent told the maintenance fee would increase with time. We were led to believe it would be $1000/2 yrs but by the time our first one came around it was $1400. We have found it is much cheaper to travel on our own than with a timeshare. When we tried to cancel our ownership we received a response from Hutch Farrel telling us that it is not in their policy to cancel contracts. We are trapped.
