    I cant believe how much money and time I have put into Sony/Playstation.. I literally have been banned on PlayStation network for some of the most craziest things but this one was the icing on the cake.. I literally changed my name after I got banned to a name that they let me approve (ToxicSmokek) Which literally does not affect the code of conduct in anyway It has no racism or anything it isnt vulgar or bully or harras anyone yet they ban me after having the name over 2 months as soon as I get to the end of the season and instead of them just letting me change to pay my name they give me a 60 day ban on top of that for a name that there game let me create and on top of that it doesnt violate any code of conduct They dont even let you dispute the ban .. This is one of the most harshest penaltys they could ever give someone who put so much time and money into there business but they never seem to do anything for you..This is why so many people are leaving PlayStation for Xbox and they know it because they literally show no love of courtesy to the ones who have been loyal to them for over a decade!!

    Worst phone call Ive ever had. Wanted me to pay $225 to continue a conversation. 12 months in a year. Thats the manufacturer warranty on the product on their website. I have my receipt. Bought a ps5 in June 24 to play with my grandfather. Weve played it a dozen or so times and the hdmi port stopped working. Only time its been unplugged and re plugged in was to troubleshoot the issue. Disrespectful phone call, told me I was interrupting when I asked about his contractions. Please review our phone conversation if you can hear it over the background conversations. Extremely disappointed and will never purchase a **** product again.

    My account was stolen not once but twice, it was easily recovered the first time but the perp was able to get account back again. Make charges on my account, keep my account, join my friends party attempting to do fraudulent activity from my account. When I got my account back the first time, I asked for added security as your account shows your first 4 and last 4 digits of your transaction. I’ve been with Sony ten years, their solution is make a new account to keep enjoying the Sony experience. I feel like I’m stuck in a nightmare. Online support not helping at all due to security reasons and same thing when I called. Of course I’m going to contact you frequently, you gave a stranger access to my account. It’s looking like I might switch to Microsoft, this last security breach was the straw for me. Don’t buy Sony, they don’t care about you and support you like you support them.

    Paid for their PlayStation subscription product and the transaction cleared my financial institution account, but was not credited to my PlayStation account. Contacted customer service and they stated that this was a known issue and they were working on it. No resolution. I do not have access to the product I purchased for the first time in over 10 years and the best they can do is say im out of luck and just ended the conversation with no support. The lack of customer service is the worst i have seen in a long time. Terrible experience.

    **** starts by stating some services are interrupted on their Playstation network when they know it is all their services because they shut it down. I pay for a service and have been for years. Over the course of these years **** has had many interruptions in my services which I pay for with nothing but a response of your services are back. Where is the taking care of their small customers? Where is the sorry for our mistakes? Where is the make up for our mistakes and what will make this right with you? Nowhere. I can't even put in an actual complaint on the bbb now when I could before, now I'm forced into making a review. It is a poor reflection of their company and their companies leadership to disregard their customers that are a large source of revenue. Gamers today range well into there's to 50's age bracket today. Children cannot afford consoles in today's market so you are dealing with adults. This lack of transparency for the 7 Feb 2025 into 8 Feb 2025 and ongoing shows a lack of concern, care and respect for your customers that make you rich. What are you going to do to make this right with me and all of your other consumers? I have been receiving scam calls all of a sudden since this outage has started when before I hardly ever received any which leafs me to believe my information has been hacked and distributed already. Nothing in the media or your company sites as of yet on my concerns. Just silence on your end. If I could get all my money back from all this time and return your equipment and cease all future dealings with your company I would. Your company is an investment over time which I have steadily been paying into and you are losing me in this poor display of concern and no answer from you anywhere on making this right with me. I am on the brink of switching to ********* Xbox. As of now I would go ********* and stay away from ****, ********* seems to take their consumers more seriously and handle them with more care and actual concern.

    Playstation online service has been down for 12 hours, rendering many streaming services, online games, and license verification inaccessible. Playstation has released no statement regarding the outage, or any eta as to the restoration time. This is a fairly frequent issue with no transparency from the company as to why the services we pay for are unusable.

    I made an in-game purchase and Sony double charged me. I called Sony and couldn't get ahold of a customer representative so I told my credit card company to dispute 1 charge. They disputed it and Sony immediately suspended my account. When I called to dispute the suspension, they stated even though it was a double charge, I have to pay the disputed charge amount if I want my account back since it is the only option forward and I agreed to their terms and services. When I tried to argue the point they said they will just close my case and hang up if I do not agree to the path forward. I gave in and said fine, how do I pay the amount AGAIN - this is where they said it can only be paid through a Sony gift card which conveniently only comes in certain amounts. This is a very disgusting tactic to steal from their customers and I don't know how this is legal.

    I am dissatisfied with **** Playstation's refund policy; their current system presents significant obstacles to returning purchases. A reevaluation of their refund policy is necessary, as it constitutes a bait-and-switch tactic involving misleading and inadequate advertising. This is an unprecedented experience for me, prompting this review.

    PlayStation needs to be band. This company Allow other users to hack people accounts gives them full Access to change emails passwords credit card usage on account that’s not there’s how I know this is my son stole my son account with girlfriend took my other son account after willing to show the account belong to my son they keep saying that couldn’t give information on the account was Private private and it belong to my other son. I have all emails and what was Purchased on that account and they gave to my other son to take over just mades me sick PlayStation due better. Stop letting hackers take people account that do not behind to them. Allow better information into the account they can’t take it over next will be A complaint this not right and this not going to go Unnoticed!! It should not be easier or someone to get someone’s account. Take password change emails change, passwords, and take over an account that easy to made there own.. you should do better verification and standards there lot money spend on PlayStation plus play and this needs to be better system instead giving people free account was not there’s cause only thing have to do is change Password email put in different number on the account a different credit card on the account and it’s theirs that’s easy see the problem ? PlayStation don’t Protect the customer users for their account they allow other hackers to take over the account and make it their own. This needs to be put to astop…. PlayStation should better system when accounts there system easy to hack and they Refuse to give the account back and wants to give it to the hacker instead.
