    I bought PS5 last year September. I had issues with my PS5 controller, Without touching joystick it was keep going left. I had to pay for *** and send it to **** to fix the controller. Again I'm facing the same issue and they refuse to help me this time.

    over 20 years I have been a loyal and supportive customer, but it wasn't until last night while online i realized after having my account suspended. That **** is aware of hate speech and once you are under investigation they can gain access . All week iv'e been recording racist and players and have been broadcasting. Also after these run ins with racist toxic players. Several of them reached out in my inbox begging and apologizing for the remarks. I also recorded my interaction with **** Customer service , and to honest and blunt i was hung up on and ignored . After speaking to reps i was able to get a conversation with a supervisor who also hung up on me after explaining my confusion. Being Black and trying to just be human and enjoy my games and console like anyone else is becoming more frustrating than anything. and to hear children being bullied and insulted based of the color of your skin or being bullied to where you cant enjoy your games is covertly allowing these toxic racist players continue to ruin the experience for people who have been long and devoted to new players wanting to just have fun for the first time. many people pay years and pre-order games to simply have there accounts banned without valid explanation, again i had proof and explained to several reps at **** that i was exposing the content and bringing attention to this matter and i was ignored and hung up on for so with that being sad id like someone even if its just 1 person to read this. Robbery from players like me and many more isn't good business and if **** cant give valid reasons for just banning or closing your account you might have spent your life on then i feel its safe and reasonable to refund and money that was spent for any up and coming events or pre-ordered games. In this day and age of rights and equality it's a sad shame that **** treats is players and customers like trash. When they also want our money .To reward racism and bigotry is disgusting.

    Absolutely NO support!Bought a digital game ***** there was an console and file update. After the update I cannot play the game I purchased.

    Where to start if I could give it a 0 stars I would I bought FIFA 23 on 10-24-2022 at around 4pm downloaded it through the PlayStation app when I got home it said corrupted file tried to redownload multiple time and did not work still with corrupted file called **** PlayStation the person who answered gave me no name walked me through trouble shooting when I called for a refund because the game was faulty the trouble shooting did not work then I said I would like an exchange or refund he advised me he had to start a new file I was on hold a total of 1hr 45 min they would not refund me so I asked to speak to a supervisor was put on hold multiple times more to have same guy come back and say manager said no refund because the game was streamed I could not download the game so I dont know how they think I played it I even went as far as to read him off of the PlayStation stores refund policy and my issue falls under every category for a return I spent ***** on a game I cant play and theyre advise was to contact EA SPORTS or talk to theyre hardware trouble shooting department I think this is a disgusting way to treat consumers whom have been invested in **** for almost 30 years they said the system decides if I get a refund which is not true again it states on theyre website under return policy the AGENT determines if u get a refund I want my money back and they wont do anything to help me Sony interactive entertainment is a disgrace of a buisiness and needs to learn how to treat consumers

    I was permanently suspended from PSN for just saying "Shit happens" to a friend casually responding to his issues he was telling me. Is this any way to treat long time loyal customer? I don't think so. If anybody from SIE sees this and is interested in resolving this,I'll pull this review or make it 5 stars. Email me charleynnly gmail.com

    My account was hacked. $200 stolen. **** banned my account permanently and refuses to issue a refund. I have been waiting for 2 months and everytime I call customer service they keep giving me the same generic answer. I've open 2 different cases on this matter and they refuse to give me a update.

    We have been going round and round with Playstation disputing charges on our account that were not made by us for $211.97. Playstation has refused multiple times to help resolve the issues and account is now locked. They have requested and additional $139.00 on top of the $211.97 for the games purchased when hacked. We keep getting wait an additional ***** hours each time we call in. Playstation also told us that we should not have shut down our credit card and we should have called them first. Reading through review by many others, this is wrong in so many ways that they can keep doing this and keep collecting additional money.

    Purchased a Digital copy of a video game. I purchased the Ultimate edition but the console only download the standard edition. reached out to **** and they basically said that I was SOL. Their system shows I received and downloaded the version I paid for. I clearly didnt offered to send them photos of what the console was displaying and the *** store online said. It was telling me to repurchase the item after spending 100 bucks on it. **** is refusing to refund me my purchase or give the title that I paid for.

    Tried logging into **** rewards and get this message "There was an issue merging your account into our new system". Tried contacting them over a course of months now with no progress. I have reward points I want to redeem. This is ridiculous.

    Horrible experience. The expected ship/arrival times appear to be completely made up, then they won't let you cancel your order even when it is weeks beyond the expected arrival time. They tell you that a "specialist" will call you within 1-2 days, but no one ever calls. They make up false promises, each chat agent tells you a different story of arrival time (clearly indicating that they are made up). I couldn't believe this is actually the real ****** it was so bad. I thought maybe it was some false company operating under their name. It is weeks later and I still have no camcorder and still no replies when it will show up.If you are reading this, good for you for doing research first (I wish I had - I just trusted a company like ****** Do yourself a favor, do not buy directly from them, purchase it from anywhere else. You will most certainly have a better experience.
