    I will never buy **************. After nearly two years of ownership, this product has severely let me down. Customers pay close to $300 for mediocrity and cheap parts. Battery drainage needs to be addressed by the manufacturer. Its shambolic to leave customers hanging when your product becomes defective after ***** months of usage. **** has lost my business moving forward!

    My account that I paid for ie gamertag that was approved by PlayStation for approval randomly became a violation of code of conduct and it would cost me money that I already spent on a gamertag they previously approved is just robbery not the agreement me and PlayStation had when I made the purchase.

    I currently have my account temp suspended from communication features which basically means I said something not within the guidelines of PSN to someone who also said some stuff back to me and now I cant communicate wether its messaging or using a microphone unless its through a third party and not PlayStation but am still allowed to play my games, access my account that is temp suspended wether making purchases or downloading games that I already have on my library and playing online of course without communication the problem lies I purchased the new dragon ball sparking zero right and meant to buy the regular version just the game but by mistake purchased the deluxe instead which is $160 something total instead of the $70 which I meant to buy just the base game anyways contacted them through support to get a refund as I havent downloaded it or any add ons and they cant help me because my account is suspended but it makes no sense if Im able to buy games and play them without being able to use social communication which is what Im banned for why is it that they allow me to be able to make purchases and play and game online or connected to internet and play solo why then can I not get a refund if I havent downloaded said game or its add one Im only restricted to social communication not purchasing or online interference

    Id give them a worse star if I ******** name is ***** psn id capacitorzero and ive been a **** playstation customer for a long time. Ive spent alot of money on games and consoles. I was just suspended fromy *** account for seven days for something they called hate speech without warning. I was told I cant play online and i just bought ps plus yesterday and im out days of playing for what I just paid for. My friend was on my playstion while I was at work and messaged the word neega which is what he told me. Neega is in no way racist and I wasnt even aware he was using my playststion while i was at work. I called to the **** support line and was told there is nothing they can do to unban my account even though it wasnt me playing. This is ridiculous man I pay money to play my games to include tgis stupid subscription to psplus. This company is a waste of time ill be returning my ps5 pro preorder and switching to xbox or pc. Ive been gaming with playstion online since early ps3 days and this situation is just f****** stupid. I hope *** gets sued eventually because ppl **** me buy online games and when we get unjustly suspended we can no longwr access this content.

    Sony Warranty and warranty teams are unhelpful, and get to play the large corporation against the little man perfectly fine, so nothing will happen. This is the least I can do.
    They have refused to honor their warranty on their TV. I purchased a Sony X91CJ from ****** for its local dimming and other features, over a cheap *** alternative, due to the quality of their LED screens (which are made by ** or *******), paying nearly 3 times as much for the TV. First 2 years, all good. From then on, I started to see clouding and backlight bleeding all around the edges, and it continued to get more and more prominent.
    I submitted a warranty claim with Sony, sent receipt, pictures, spent 4 hours on the phone with them doing their "tests" and updates to see if that magically fixed the clouding / backlight bleeding issues. After sending the pictures, with not further communication, Sony states that I damaged the TV (mind you that has been mounted to the wall for more than 2 years at this point), and they would not warranty the TV. I called in to speak to a supervisor, as this was 100% a joke of a response, considering it has not moved, has not been damaged, and is getting progressively worse. The supervisor literally said that I damaged the TV, I asked him to explain how it would be possible to damage all of the edges, and his response was "only you would know that". The idea that they think backlight bleeding, a known potential issue on ALL TVs, is caused by the owner, which direct statements by Sony warranty team, 2 years after purchase and mounting, is absurd.
    The sad part is that I, as a consumer, have zero recourse, and have what is effectively a broken TV for movies that will have dark and light spots due to the issue.
    The worse issue is that looking at the most of these complaints, its a lot of the same things, clouding, backlighting, etc issues.
    I just hope that ****** will help, which I doubt at this point.

    I have been enjoying Playstation as my console of choice since 1999. I have spent countless dollars on games and accessories and had months' worth of entertainment. For that I am thankful. However, I have recently had my PSN account phished and charged for games I did not purchase. The hacker changed my sign-in information as well as my recovery account information so I have no way to recover my account. When I log on to Sony's website to try and request help, I am ushered into a never-ending que on the BOT chat that says there are hundreds of people ahead of me and to try again later. Someone has access to my account, and this is quite unnerving, yet I am powerless to do anything and cannot receive any help to resolve this matter. I find this extremely disturbing. There is no contact email address to try and drop them a line on their website and the telephone line (that is extremely hard to find on their website) always says the same message of "longer wait times than usual" regardless of when I call. I guess I am just writing this message because I am extremely frustrated and don't know what else to do. I hope I can have this resolved because all those years of loyalty to the Sony brand are starting to get tainted if the one time in 20+ years I need some help I can't get any.

    Dualsense Edge costs $300 each I own two. The controllers have a wide spread issue with the grips glue bubbling up and peeling the grips off. They also discolour in no time flat because of the cheap rubber. Their customer service refused to support me and I escalated to a supervisor who just hung up on me after saying no rather than seeking any solutions. I asked them to escalate it to their manager and they said no and hung up. These are premium products and expensive and yet this is the level of support being provided. More over this is a widespread issue impacting basically everyone who owns these controllers leading to most people buying aftermarket parts replacements. **** charges a massive premium but does not stand behind their product or respect their customers. I am overwhelmingly disappointed and upset with their anti consumer practices.

    I have phone recording and message from PlayStation I purchased a game and do not have anyway of downloading the content , I reached out to the people who created the game and was informed which I do have message from them telling me that I would have to reach out to PlayStation about my ability to download the content that I am missing. Each time I have called PlayStation someone has hung up on me. Or they tell me my issue will be resolved with no time frame. It is a season pass that will be ending soon the *** told me that is something they have no control over I asked well what if its not resolved by the time the season ends and she said they dont know what will happen. As Im asking more questions she hung up which I have the whole conversation recorded. I am seeking the highest of highest to fix this issue on both ends my situation and your poor customer service!!! Or I will be filing a lawsuit!!

    Monopolizing how players play games on their devices. Despite owning controllers that are made compatible with their entire PS4 library, they refuse to let me play PS5 titles unless they're whitelisted as compatible. How come I can play a PS4 version of a game with a 3rd party controller just fine on the PS5, but if I play the PS5 version specifically, the console notifies me that I am locked out from playing the game unless I switch to the Dual Sense controller? Absolutely ridiculous business practice.
