    I move had my PlayStation account for over 15 years and now all because of the two 2 step verification I cannot login to my account. My phone number has changed and I have no access in to my account I have over 15 years worth work and games tied to my account. Customer support is busy no matter what time of the day you enter the chat or call

    HORRIBLE ***************** Absolutely the worst, makes ******* look like angels.Preordered the PS4 version of a game. Never received an email or notification it was released. That was August 2024. Decided to get a PS5 for son for Christmas and get the PS5 version of the game. Remembered about that preorder, searched emails and only have original purchase confirmation. No follow up when it released, was ready for download...nothing.I contacted **** Playstation support, which is just abysmal, chat only, wait for 45 minutes to connect with an agent. Spouted off the cancellation/refund policy and disconnected the chat.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?So I just spent over $700 on new Playstation equipment and games and there can be no discussion about refunding a game I never downloaded, let alone KNEW was available to download? Even converting the one I preordered for PS4 to PS5 and I'll return the new one I bought? Let alone that it should be CRIMINAL that I am buying the same title on two platforms...but that is a different conversation.Shame on you ****.

    I bought a ps5 on its release date and since then there has been many issues where I had to send the product in for repair out of warranty twice already with that amount of monye combined I could have bought a new one but for what?! It would just break down again its terrible as goes for two sets of controllers I had to buy over again Playstation 5 is a terrible product and I was a big fan and supporter of **** Playstation I have all the Playstations except ps2 no issues what so ever with none of them they run perfectly I use all of them just about daily but Playstation 5 is a terrible product I do not recommend buying one I regret buying one for myself and my children do not buy a **** Playstation 5 this site also made me click a 1 star which is not worth it but need to get this message out to people who are considering buying a ps5 do not do it

    Bought digital game, played it, full of bugs and literally unplayable, **** Support refused to refund. Talk about a sham company with robotic uncaring support. S**** gamers right? They're only the very reason we sell games...I'm sticking to Steam from now on

    Same as this guy and tons of others online. this needs to be STOPPED Today I found out my **** Interactive PSN account was hacked this morning and fraudulently charged over 300$. I quickly logged into chat support and spoke to an agent who was little to no help stating that I was permanently locked out, after confirming all the correct security info he asked me to confirm. I couldn't accept this resolution as I have been a paying customer for more than half my life, so I called to speak to another rep. ********* all the same security info with that **** he seemed a little more willing to help, and almost verbatim he said the same thing, that I was permanently shut out of my account, suggesting I just open a brand new one and all my previous purchases were left to the hacker who changed my email and password, but had my banking info (which I am in the process of disputing). There is no way that the solution is I have to start over, after confirming correctly my security questions when I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with this business. There has to be an escalation system, or some other form of security. Especially when they are having you confirm your bank account information and your recent transactions, what else do you need to prove that the account is yours? This is criminal.

    **************** states that they cannot refund a game purchase unless the manufacturer informs them that it doesn't work properly, even though the game doesn't work properly. What a cop out. No accountability. I'm done.

    I have purchased a Ps5 from **** thinking I was gonna be able to enjoy my free time, only to buy A game in the middle of me playing just to kick me out to say I don't have a license for it. I purchased ********: ************ 2. And when I contacted **** for Support, they say they can't give me my refund because the content was already downloaded. Of course, we all have to download the game to see if its playable. They said I should contact the publishers, but the publishers said I need to contact **** since I've purchased it through them. **** still wouldn't help me and hung up on me 3 times In the middle of me talking. So not only are they not giving me my refund, they're hanging up in the middle of the call. This doesn't follow they're business practices and clear misrepresentation of practices. I have consumer rights under Right to seek redress In which, Consumers should have a way to work through established mechanisms to get problems corrected and receive compensation.
