In the beginning of November of 2023 I contacted Life360 because I was getting charged twice a month for 2 accounts. 1 account I never signed up for so I reached out to them to ask for a refund. After sending them bank statements of mine, they had agreed upon an amount in an email of $283.36 that was supposed to be sent in 5-7 business days to my PayPal account from November 29th of 2023. After never receiving my payment, *** tried reaching out to them for over 3 months now and I am only just getting a response now and they are saying they wont refund me the agreed upon amount. They are actually offering me less ($192.48). I believe they are being bad faith actors as I have it in email (writing) from a superior of Life360 for the agreed upon amount of $283.36 that was never sent and when reaching out to ask what was going on with it, I was ignored for 3 months.Initial Complaint

In July 2023, I contacted customer support because I was still being charged for a membership that was no longer active. I have emails from July where their customer care representative said he handled it and that I would no longer be charged moving forward. Regarding the Life360 app. Their weekly driving history report is concerning in its inaccuracy . It shows my top speed at 130mph . Above 80mph for 3 days in a row . And one of those days I never left the house . It shows a high rate of phone use while driving , just because I leave it unlocked . I never exceed the speed limit nor do I talk or text while driving . I am concerned about the liability in the event of any accident investigation . I am self employed with business auto insurance , which could be canceled if there is any question about my driving . I havent had a ticket nor a traffic stop in 30 years .Initial Complaint

Signed up for Life 360 platinum subscription and paid for it, my son broke down on the side of the interstate while away for college, meaning he is 24 hours away from home and his parents. I told my son to use roadside assistance from Life 360, he was told that we were on the 7-day trial and could not use the service. I called and was transferred multiple times and told the same thing over and over again and there is no workaround, but they see my account was charged $24.99. So I am out the fee for the app that promised services in the user agreement, and now $250.00 for a tow to get my son to a safe place.Initial Complaint

My 18yr old son was stranded on the side of the road at 4am. He ran out of gas and was 6 miles from the nearest gas station. He was traveling and was 100+ miles away from me. I have had the life360 Platinum plan for several years. He contacted them and was told it would be over an hour till they could get to him. He was just outside a good sized city. He was on the road for over an hour with no response. He began trying to get a ride to the nearest gas station. A police officer stopped (after being called by a passer by) and gave him the help he needed. I later contacted 360 and had to jump through hoops to get any answers. I provided info once but don't feel like I should have to keep providing. This service was supposed to be provided. It wasn't and they can't make it right now matter what they do now. Bottom line, they didn't provide the service I thought I was paying for. My feelings of security offered by this plan have changed. I still like the product, for the most part. However, why pay the Platinum price and not get the services you thought you were paying for?Initial Complaint

I canceled my membership but they continue to bill me. Their system of cancellation is down right Byzantine. Its impossible to figure out and no way to contact them. I wish to fully cancel my membership/subscription and refund the payment.
