    Hi, I was playing a game on app, BINGO, it gives a cash reward. I played a few times and then got a pop up saying that I had winnings of $5. I went through the steps of it asking to cash out and it asked for how I wanted to get paid. I chose apple pay so I didn't have to put an account in directly. I was instantly charged $5 and there was never a deposit. Now the game says I have $0. I want my $5 back and I have tried to ask the company but they are being very difficult and asking the same questions over and over again. There email reply doesn't have the email history and there is no signature indicated it has come from a legitimate person. They keep asking for my bank card numbers. I am uncomfortable with working with them at this point and wanted the BBB to get my $5 back. The user name was Panda Fan and the *** is ***********

    I've been playing several games by aviagames for almost a year. I've played using several accounts and I've paid money into these accounts many times. I've also made many withdrawls that was for small amounts usually between 10 to 60 dollars. Until today there was never any problems with them taking my money for deposits or paying me for my withdrawls. Then yesterday I won a few large amounts and placed withdrawls on a few accounts. Then today they decided to place a ban on my accounts. Rejected my withdrawls. And have said I broke their.rules and played fraudulant games and refuse to tell me the real reason for my accounts being banned and have taken all my winnings and my remaining balances left on my accounts. They tell me I'm done all this wrongdoing but have failed to show me the proof of their.findings. if they had a problem because I've used several different accounts then they shouldn't have taken all the money I've paid into them to play and have only done this action after I've won a large amount and placed withdrawls. They tell me the reasons and their findings are given on my account but have denied me access to even log onto these accounts to see the reasons!

    I stupidly downloaded a game that you supposedly make money on. I thought I was clever and linking it to PayPal for the payments. However, after playing the game, I amounted almost $700 in winnings, and thats when I thought this is too good to be true. I went to my PayPal account and every winning was deducted from my PayPal. Of course this was linked to my checking account and they deducted over $400 on my account. I tried to contact PayPal and of course could not find a place to cancel or report it. So the next day I called my bank and I tried to close the checking account, but they said they couldnt close it until obvious games actually took the money out so they could report the fraud.Since then and having to change my checking account, Ive had all my bills that were already set up for payment go through the system and bounce and now I have businesses telling me I owe them $20 late fees and bank charges on top of it. Someone needs to shut down this company. The exact money that **** debited is unknown. I sent a couple screenshots of some of the charges.Thank you.

    I downloaded their app on Saturday 9/30/2023, I created an account and began to play the game. I made two deposits for **** each and won *****. I didnt realize until Sunday that there was two accounts. The only thing I can think of is that I must have tried the game sometime in the past on a different phone. I had taken a screenshot of my winnings to show my son. On Sunday I couldnt get into the account that had the money in it. I filled a ticket with their support team. After numerous attempts I was told that they were going to escalate my ticket and be back in touch with me within 4 days. I didnt hear anything from them by Thursday 10/5/2023 so I reached back out. A representative tried for about 6 hours to help me get into that account. Again I was told that my ticket was being escalated. I am being contacted several times a day, every representative is having me try all the same things with no success. Now their system doesnt even recognize my email address that is associated with that account. I have asked many times why they cant just transfer the money to the account that works or just pay it to me. They always say something to the affect of lets keep trying to get you into the account.

I sent what I could, they asked for my last deposit id number, I sent that, now they want a screenshot of it. Once they say they are getting me the money I will close this out.     The issue is this I was playing there game legitimately and even stayed within there terms of service. They fraudulently banned me trying to say I broke there tos when I didnt. I feel they should award me my winnings that are on the account. They have done this to many others to avoid doing pay outs and its getting to the point that maybe it needs to be escalated to a higher court on the supreme level as this app and company shows severe signs of fraud and scams at the cost of users and the general public.

    I have deposited money on this app plenty of times. Twice I used my PayPal card for $15 and $5. A month or two later, my PayPal was hacked and disputes were filed and those two deposit transactions were included. The disputes were closed and no refund was issued and I thought nothing else about it since the dispute wasnt in my favor anyway. Months later I initiated a withdraw on the app for $40. It was denied. They tell me its because of the dispute and that I would have to pay $18 to them for money they lost from the dispute before my withdrawal requests would ever be approved. Makes no sense because I wasnt given money back from that dispute and the dispute was only for $15 anyway so why am I paying $18? Today, I log in and see they took $17.51 and $18 of my balance. They tell me its payment from a dispute they lost? HOW? When I wasnt given any money from the dispute for $10 and $5 deposits? Then if they did lose money HOW are they taking $17.52 AND $18 from me? I never won that dispute thankfully anyway because my PayPal was hacked but how do I lose a dispute and have to pay $17.51 and $18? I never authorized them to take anything out of my account and I was STILL in contact explaining to them that I was not paying $18 to withdraw something that I did not take from them neither. They STILL took the initiative to take MY MONEY OUT OF MY BALANCE

    I am rejecting this response because: I am still responding to emails from aviagames support and Ive attached copies of some of those responses. I was told the card number **** is not PayPal but showed proof that it is PayPal. Ive showed proof of PayPal support showing what was disputed and the final outcome being no refund. Still excuses being made each time Im coming with more proof. IF I didnt authorize a transaction at the time and had WON the dispute, then decided to actually play and deposit on that same platform later, how can you make me pay it back ? And as far as taking my bonus cash- that shouldnt have happened neither. IF I was *********** pay something, it should had ONLY been that dispute amount. I am NOT *********** pay back something that I didnt have in the first place. This dispute was taken place in June/July. I have been playing on this platform since then and now all of a sudden when I want to withdraw my winnings, its a problem. Ive been more than patient.

    I have been playing this games for three years now they have literally drain my life to the gutters because I got addicted to it . Of recent I tried and won at least a huge amount if the sum of $9000 which I knew would help me get my life in order . But on withdrawal I was told my account was frozen n I will have to forfeit the funds in it .     Ive had multiple accounts since 2020 n have been depositing money to all accounts the ***** is I had just never won big before n the only time I did they bring up rules n whatever just because they wanna keep the money . I have receipts of deposit into all the accounts if yall really didnt want that you would reject the email if someone try to move it aviagames or bingo clash to bingo battle but no you let it go all the way n even receive deposits into those accounts then when its time to pay my winnings you say all this about regulations n whatever . The funny thing is it aint just to me yall have done it to others before those are some of the screenshots.
