    Ive been playing this game for over five years have paid a lot of money into it and currently Im frozen for almost 3 weeks in an update screen that wont allow me to continue and support will not help. They told me to wait. This is the worst customer service Ive had with a game And support is absolutely useless.

    I once liked this company, but now all of their ads take control of my phone illegally and change what I am doing. I never granted them root access but every time their ads come up, it force opens my browser, and then sends me to the ****** Play Store to try to force me to download whichever game was being advertised. This is all WITHOUT touching my screen at any point during the ad. Their micro purchases made life hard enough that I stopped playing, but now they are trying to force me to play again and I am scared of what else they may have accessed on my phone.

    They have been running a scam ad that's looks like its for an LL Bean outlet. When you click it takes you to *************** (missing the n)I reported a week ago and I'm still seeing the ads.

    After about a year of playing without EVER spending money on Golf Rival all of a sudden my progress over the last 5 months was just wiped out. I lost 2 legendary level 4 clubs 2 heroic level 3 clubs and 6 level 3 legendaries. All my good clubs were just gone from my inventory. I contacted Zynga 5 times over the span of three weeks about the problem and am still hearing crickets. To top off everything there was a 20 dollar charge yesterday that I did not do. I have never even given them my cc info.

    This developer had Star Wars Hunters in development since at least 2018.the game finally made its way to ******** Switch and Mobile back in May/June 2024.there were plans to port this to Steam/PC with them even letting players on PC test but for whatever reason bringing it to PC never came to be. Here we are now, less than a year later with over 1m downloads and news of the Dev shutting the game down.Many on Discord and Reddit responded with shock, disappointment, anger and sadness as they put in time and money on a phenomenal game only for it to feel as if Zynga made their money and are turning their back on these fans. IMO it appears Zynga dropped the ball on advertising the game and not coming up with a plan to make money while providing us consumers reasonable things to purchase to help fund whatever they need to keep the game going. I cannot in good faith recommend anything this developer is attached to and will definitely be doing my part through word of mouth.

    Horrible company that does not respect customers who have paid lots of money to support their games. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY with any in game purchases. When the company causes an issue they will not offer any real support. Completely awful business practice. How the hell does this joke of a company have an A+ rating, look at the reviews!

    Golf Rival is probably 1 of the most fun games I've played. Unfortunately Zynga had a glitch in their game (Golf Rival). They admitted this glitch to me. I spent $25 to win an item but the glitch wouldn't let me play during the competition. So I contact Zynga and inform them and they refuse to make the situation right. The customer service agent "jonas" continues to end our conversation and refuses to help at all, let alone even speak with me. They refuse to credit me with the item I should have won, the money I wasted, or a future credit... NOTHING! Even considering I've spent over $2,000 on this game in 6 months. Stay away from zynga and avoid like the plague. This company is sick. They literally couldn't care less for you as a customer. You mean absolutely nothing to them. I've never felt so disrespected and taken advantage of. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! AVOID ZYNGA ALTOGETHER!! They take your money and turn their back on you laughing all the way to the bank. There's no way to contact anyone at Zynga. There's no way to communicate with anyone who cares at Zynga. Absolutely avoid altogether
