Empires and Puzzles was a fun app in the early years but its come to my attention that theyre using AI to manipulate the gameplay in order to increase the likelihood of players to purchase items to gain greater scores instead of just letting people play with the randomness of actual gameplay. I have been a player of over 4 years and just recently when i pointed out that something wasnt right and alerted them to my intention to invite the BBB to investigate. My gameplay went from 8 to 5 to 3 approximately color tile matches in 3 1:30 play periods with a 30 tile 5 color combnation board. I have spent a few thousand dollars to get where im at in the game and this is uncalled for and vindictive towards a consumer of their product.Zynga, Inc.

Zynga runs an illegal gambling game targeted at children called ****************** However, it is worse than that, usually when you ******, the prize at the end is real but Zynga has falsely advertised the abilities of the characters paying customers can get if they do hit the jackpot. The game is a simple 3-match style of game using 5 different color tiles. Tiles do damage to opponents but by far most damage is done through your hero's special skills. In order to keep making money, Zynga pumps out new heroes with better stats for customer to spend gems on. Gems cost real money. Every time gems are spent you receive a random hero and Zynga tells you upfront you only have .5-2% chance of getting the best heroes - the ones you are actual paying for - just like a lottery.The stats for heroes have 4 key ingredient - attack, defense, health, and mana (the speed at which the hero can use their special skill). Consistently, magically opponents slow and very slow heroes will be able to complete their special skill first before fast or even very fast heroes. In addition, attack and defense stats legitimately mean nothing as significantly weaker opponents regularly kill much stronger heroes or the damage done by them is 2 to 3x as more. I have asked for the mathematical breakdown to explain results, the devs can't produce them.When customer service is contacted, players are directed to go to what is really an unmoderated forum where fanboys attempting to justify their big spends bully anyone who raises a concern. Zynga also encourages devs play the game, a true conflict of interest (why would any dev fix an issue that would weaken their team?). When BBB complaint is filed you will be contacted by someone who promises to look into your issue. A week later they will say they are working on it and then you will never hear from them again in hopes that you will forget to update your complaint or calm down about the issue so they maintain their fraudulent A rating.Zynga, Inc.

This business are crooks. They do not fix any issues. They take your money and blame it on user error. I have had a LOT of problems with them. They never fix anything. Shout them down. They are awful.Zynga, Inc.

My app disappeared from my screen! I can't find the same app that I had, only the newer versions, which are awful! After looking at the other reviews, maybe it's a good thing I don't have it anymore. I played for years with 3 friends but I'll have to find a new game. Not a good way to attract people to play by trashing their app.Zynga, Inc.

Chip store is fraudulent. The various bonuses you can have that apply toward a chip purchase are mathematically incorrect. When an offer in the store is 2.1 trillion, then you unlock a high roller bonus of +80% percent, that would make the new sum of the chip package 3.78 trillion. Unfortunately, the chip package only ended up being 2.4 trillion. This has been the case for every single purchase Ive made (many). Therefore it was not a one time incident, it is programmed incorrectly. I have proof of these occurrences. Customer support has been informed but appears to be intentionally elusive and dismissive. *** requested to speak to supervisors/managers to no avail. Will be seeking legal advice if Zynga doesnt rectify this immediately.Zynga, Inc.

Constant issues, hundreds of dollars put into this game since I started playing in 2012. They treat their gamers like trash and talk to them as if were stupid. For four solid months, I had nothing but issues this year and I couldnt play. And all they would say is sorry working on an issue and they would reset my game. Now ** getting banned for no reason back to back days. I have real friends that I play with that. I talk to. I do nothing wrong. No explanation except were gonna escalate this to our team to look into it further. I know Im not doing anything wrong because *** been playing for 14 years. And now I get treated this way. Zynga is a money hungry company Cares nothing about their players. They do nothing until you threaten with reporting to the better Business Bureau. Thats when they reset my game. However, within 48 hours Ive been being twice. Its no wonder they have such a low rating here.Zynga, Inc.

I've been banned from my chatting with no explanation though I have sought one. I am not a scammer, nor bot, and my account is verified. No explanation. I have been respectful in my conversations, and where adventurous, did nothing to receive this violation of my personal, and game rights. I had an important chat going that I can't get to, and now there are likely consequences. This is ridiculous. I have finished multiple games, and chat is still restricted.No contact from company to get resolved. I am not ultimately in the wrong on this. I will take farther if this doesn't get resolved soon. I have been locked out for well over a week. Unacceptable. I am frustrated.Help me get my chat up and going and converse through any potential issues, to hear every side to whatever happened to my account - and get life going again. Thank you.Zynga, Inc.

Besides having glitches, that zynga dont a knowledge, zynga charged me unauthorized transactions three times in the same day. They did not solve this matter, and told me to ask Apple for a refund. Nobody can tell me what it is about, it says zynga in the receipts and so Apple says its not from them and zynga say they dont know either.Its around US$1,00 each and I really dont know what they sell for this price.They said I should answer their email with a yes for blocking my account from any future purchase. If they dont do unauthorized transactions why is it necessary for me to say something for preventing they from doing something that they allegedly dont do???Its no about the money, but the principle. Its a very serious matter here in ****** and worldwide as far as I know to be charged wrongly but even worse to do nothing about it.Zynga, Inc.

Zynga *** is a discriminatory game that is violating players ability of our constitutional right to free speech. I have received a 6-day chat ban for descriptive words such as a stupid play during the game and describing someone as a weirdo for hitting on a profile picture that he doesn't even know if the game is real. Zynga has no Community Guideline or Rules of Conduct to tell people they will suspend your ability to speak during the game for basic trash talk. I have been called out of my name with racist, hateful biased comments and even reported these players yet none of them were cut off during my game on multiple occasions for calling me a Monkey or A N**** Yet during my game I'm banned 6 days for saying stupid or weirdo. Yet this game continues to solicit me to buy coins and cash, but I don't have the ability to speak during the games? It's an FCC and violation of my civil rights to free speech. I am starting a petition to have a class action suit vs this company. I have some programmer named ********* who arrogantly tells me lifting this ban is out of the question. I did not use profane, biased or hateful language. The game has made an update to where you cannot play longer games of 150 or greater without dnil or nil, which basically puts players in a three-hand game which is designed for you to lose quicker and buy more cash or coins which benefits this company .The rules frown on you playing spades, if you try to set your opponents you are chastised for flooding is not allowed. They allow 100 & 200 points for blinds which is not standard spades, If you bid 10 books you don't get 200 pts for bidding your hand. Also, they allow you to have irrelevant 10 bags when they allow blinds and cut the game to 100 or 150 to win which relatively makes this a three-hand game. I do not want a ticket as their customer service will do nothing. I want to proceed with a class action suit, and I'm looking for players who have experienced this to join my petition.Zynga, Inc.

This Zynga *** has chat ban me several times and now I see that it has been for 7 days! Well, I will wait the 7 days and guess what? I will NEVER buy one coin from them. No problem! The fact is that I am angry about the 7 days but, it calms me down and never have to spend a ***** hence, not supporting Zynga, Inc. I have to find another of the games here on the system. Some people get away with horrible language and others get chat banned! Not a fair site!!!! At all!Zynga, Inc.
