      **************** is awful! $1300 order, and they didn't put the $5 thumb wrench in the box. Instead of just shipping me one on good faith that I'm not scamming them for a $5 item, days worth of emails, and pictures of boxes and packing slips, long waits on hold... etc. etc.. I've got half a mind to ship everything back and get a DJI. What happens when I have an equipment issue??m

      My go pro black 10 broke, and sent it back for a return under the warranty policy, Return Merchandise Authorization for Case ******** - it arrived on January 3rd at the warehouse. Today is January 16th, no tracking number, no communication on the next steps. I called now 2 times, the second time they advised me they would check with the warehouse and would get back to me in 24 hours, no one reached out. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had, I've been a gopro customer for 5+ years, after this experience I will never purchase their products again. The quality of the cameras has also gone down over the years which you can make up for customer service, in their case it's not existent.

      Horrible customer service! I placed an order for hero 11 because order indicates (and website) shipping same day if ordered by 4pm. My order was placed prior to 1pm. They charged credit card same day without shipping. The following day I get email to active free subscription which they charged $50. I called GoPro i was told they waiting for *** pick up no tracking available and informed me to Ignore activation until item received. I advised time was of the essence and needed delivery by the 6th. They said no problem guarantee delivery by the 6th. 2 days later, I called again asked for tracking number they claim *** didnt pick up. I called *** was told if they were waiting for pick up a label was created so GoPro should provide that number. Again I call GoPro was promised a tracking would be emailed next day still NO TRACKING NUMBER. Im refused a supervisor I hang up call again. They still claiming I would receive before the 6th but no tracking number. Now a supervisor, after I insisted what *** indicated, tells me their warehouse is CLOSED for inventory and orders will not be processed until the 5th. She claims delivery for the 6th because they are send it 2 day air. So they lie or expect *** to deliver a standard 2 day delivery next day air. Long story short GoPro is LIARS!!! They lied repeatedly and wasted my time and energy for a week. Mislead consumers, their website is false advertising, poor customer service. Now I research online for a corporate contact to express my concern and find countless complaints about their product and horrible customer service. i will never trust them again nor their products. My card services told me they tried to charge my card multiple times. They only care about money.

      110% guaranteed to have manufacture defects with every aspect of the camera from the housing covers to the lens covers the battery doors waterproofing issues memory card insert burn out technical difficulties Battery tab connectivity issues, causing the cameras to shut off randomly And they dont have any system to replace cameras for customers, globally with any sort of consistent quality replacing your cameras with refurbished products from who knows where this is the worst camera company on planet earth. With the global market covered, theyre making millions and millions of dollars off customers globally with zero customer service connectivity from ******************** to the customer. Save your money and buy a different brand camera or a canon or Nikon land camera and have someone shoot you what a total waste of money, lack of professionalism, and just a useless product from A-to-Z. Consumer, beware

      The gopro is nice but beware of the scam they pull on you. They give you the "free" subscription and then charge you $50 the next year. It says one year subscription but it doesn't start when you get the camera, it's on the order date, which is a week before you get the actual camera and a day before a confirmation email is sent. Even if your one hour late they don't care, "too bad" they say. Would never buy anything from this company stay far far away. nice product terrible, terrible, customer service. If there is even a remote possibility that you need to contact them for a warranty, firmware update, PC compatibility, or subscription service. Don't buy your better off throwing it in the garbage then getting help from this company.

      How is it that corporate ******* cares nothing about its customers? I had the same issue as ************* GoPro fraudulently charged me for a service subscription when I never signed up for auto renewal. After talking to several customer service reps, the second one who said the first customer service rep actually never sent my refund request to GoPro's internal review department and instead merely sent me an automated refund denial form letter promised to do right by me. Later that afternoon I received the same refund denial form letter as the first time WTF? I will never do business with GoPro again. You guys are unethical and adding to the list of corporate rip off artists.

      I bought a GoPro in 11/2020. Subscription was included. 9/2021 Two months prior to the subscription ending. I called GoPro support team the guy, named ******, canceled my subscription over the phone. 11/2021 Go pro fraudulently deducted the payment for the subscription I had canceled. I called talk to a girl name ********. She would not refund me and said that she would cancel the subscription that was already canceled. She said I wont be charged again. I was furious. 9/2022 I called to make sure I would not be charged for the subscription that I had canceled two years in a row prior. 11/2022 I was charged once again for the subscription I called talk to two different people wouldnt give me a supervisor finally talked to a supervisor named ***** who said that they would not refund me and that I had to cancel my subscription that I have already called three times. I told him that I had canceled it two times with his employees gave him names and dates. to hold them responsible for not canceling it like I had requested. Go pro stole and fraudulently deducted money off of my card for three years. the corporation should be held Responsible for committing fraud. The customer service ***** I would recommend them to anybody

      I received my go-pro yesterday minus the the ** card. I tried to call customer service to get a replacement card but they wanted pictures of the box. I sent the pictures to both my ********** was unable to get them. The lady acted like I was trying to get over on them. I shouldn't have to take pictures of the box when they are the ones who failed to send my ** card and bundle I paid good money for. I work for company where customer service and quality are paramount. This incident reminds me to check with better business bureau before making a purchase. I believe I'll file a FTC (federal trade Commission) complaint and communicate that they should get their license suspended for doing business until they stop fraudulent practices. Someone needs to investigate their practices and charge them with fraud and theft.

      This company lacks any type of customer service! Wish I would have checked here first before getting involved with them. My son was excited to save up and buy is GoPro 10. He quickly came to realize it was lacking in technological advances. His iPhone performs better than this. He didn't realize he had signed up for the subscription. When we went to cancel the subscription and delete the account the day of renewal, we were still charged the $49.99 renewal fee. Contacted GoPro, explained the situation and they suggested I file a claim with the bank. What? Every other company would have handled the situation immediately without question. The chat agent was rude and short. Gave me the run around. Even asked for the chat to be emailed to my email not my son's and he refused saying I could do it on my end. No, it's not the correct email. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company for any sort of products. Lack of customer service all around. And the products are less than adequate for what you pay for.
