      Best home warranty company I have ever used. They respond right away and the most important part is they utilize excellent service companies. The companies they have sent out for several of my service requests were very prompt and professional.

      Perfect and quick fix to our electrical wiring. The electrician was here for one hour and removed the electrical problem that several of our outlets were not working.

      He was at my house in no time. I moved into the house 4 months ago. The air conditioner was making a loud noise. He found the problem was not with the unit on the roof but where the filter was. Thank you for such a speedy response.

      ORHP has under performed yet again. We needed a new AC unit and ORHP sent us a completely unvetted company. I called ORHP during the installation to warn them of what I was witnessing and how the new AC unit would likely have issues as a result. ORHP stated that they had called the company, and the company would stand behind its work. SO nothing more was done. Fast forward 3 months (when it's 110 in *******) and guess what broke? The company that installed our AC unit is no longer in business. SO ORHP says I need to pay $110 for another AC company to come out and look at it. When I said that's insane, they said you can talk to the ************ and get that waived if validated. Two hours on three separate occasions waiting on hold for anyone at ORHP to pick up. Nobody ever picked up. *****? SO now I wait (day 4) in 110 heat for the paid AC company to arrive. Unfortunately, there is no urgency whatsoever from ORHP, and we cannot speak with anyone who can waive the additional costs for ORHP's apparent neglect of our installation and new unit. This company does the absolute minimum and makes no apologies for it. I can no longer recommend ORHP for your home warranty needs.

      As of this writing **** been on hold for over 50 minutes, calling during business hours. No callback option. No status of how long until a *** will pick up. It's 2025 and simple customer service skills are *************** for their coverage, don't bother. We paid extra for AC coverage, was told only $500 would be covered and we'd have to pay $2,600. What's the point of getting the extra AC coverage if it won't be fully covered. No way to change plan coverages either, you buy one tier and it seems as if you're stuck with it, even when up for renewal, no way to change tiers.After I posted this review on ******, Old Republic did reach out to me, but once again, when I call back I was on hold for almost an hour with no answer before I gave up.I requested an update on my service request, was told that they were waiting on the ***ort from the service provider. Called the service provider, they said they sent the invoice and ***ort to OR but when they tried to call OR about getting the new AC ordered, they couldn't get through either. Once again, as of this writing (30 June) **** been on hold for 40 minutes trying to reach OR. I can not recommend more than to go elsewhere for home warranty needs. This company's customer service abilities are something from the stone age.Fortunately our coverage is up for renewal and we definitely won't be renewing. Avoid and look elsewhere for home warranty needs.

      Ive had my policy since 2018, a couple of small claims no problem. I first contacted ORHP on June 9 about my ac not working. Service provider came out on the 10 and said I needed a new compressor and he would submit info. I contacted ORHP around the 15 to check status. Was told they were waiting on me to confirm additional charges on my part (no contact from ORHP to me). I approved the charges and was told it would be 7-10 business days. Then they said they couldnt find a compressor so they would replace the unit and my costs would be just over a thousand dollars. I called them on the 24 to check status and nothing had been done but they would expedite the order. Again I asked for status on the 26, was told the previous person had not expedited but this person would. Got a call from my service provider stating he had not heard anything but he had suggested a claim for another customer and received a purchase order in less than 24 hours. So on the 27th I contacted ORHP, still didnt get a purchase order authorization. On the 29 I sent an email asking to speak to a supervisor, I called today (30th) and still no purchase order but someone was making arrangements for a supervisor to contact me. No phone call as of 4pm CST. I live in *************, fans going nonstop, taking cold showers in the dark, cant cook, interior doors are sticking and food in the pantry melting. I am desperate, any would be greatly appreciated. Next step is contacting an attorney to handle what should be an easy fix. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY POLICY! WORST SITUATION I HAVE DEALT WITH. What should have been taken care of in a week is taking almost a month in 95 degrees and 95% humidity. Wish I could give them a zero

      I signed up for a policy with Old Republic Home Protection and its been one of the worst decisions Ive made. I canceled the service weeks ago and still havent received the refund they promised. The process has been completely unclear, and the most frustrating part is that its nearly impossible to speak to a real person. **************** is practically nonexistentlong wait times, dropped calls, and useless automated responses.Their support is unprofessional and careless, and the company takes no responsibility for delays or lack of communication. When you sign up for home protection, you expect reliability and accountabilitybut with this company, all you get is stress, wasted time, and disappointment.I absolutely do not recommend this company. If youre considering them, do yourself a favor and find a more trustworthy and transparent alternative.

      The first repair company sent out was very unprofessional! I called ORHP about the problem and they immediately changed the vendor to one who showed up on time and corrected the problem with my AC.

      We turned in an order for repairs in our bathroom on Sunday. The plumber called on Monday and gave us a time when he would arrive on Wednesday. He was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. We have had ORHP for 20 years and are very pleased with their service.
