When another lender I started a loan with couldn't deliver, ****** stepped up and developed great financing options under and extremely short timeline to support the closing date of my new home.       The initial loan process was fine. The problems came after a year when our ************** payment was do and they missed it. We missed coverage from hurricane ***** because CMG did not pay them on time and still have not paid them. Its nearly impossible to get a person on the phone. Emails go unanswered. We were unable to get an insurance claim or FEMA because of their negligence. We were without power for 9 days and now can claim nothing from it. Im not sure any of these reviews are real as I found out from ******* yelp and other sites they are notorious for paying their escrow accounts late (which is in breach of contract) the 888 number on the website is unhelpful and the only people who reach out are sales people. DO NOT USE THEM they will have you without insurance coverage during a natural disaster

      The CMG financial team helped me purchase my forever home. I was very excited about the home and knew I wanted to move through the process quickly. I was never left in the dark during the process, and all of my questions were answered within minutes. Helpful updates were provided throughout the process, and I was made aware of what I needed to do well ahead of every step. As a result of CMG's hardworking and prudent methods, I was able to move my closing up sooner than we had planned originally. CMG is clearly passionate about helping people, and I will continue recommending their services to anyone I know that is after a stress-free financing process!
