  I had generally terrible interactions with **** *******. There was the matter of my home's appraisal, which he called me one evening offering to skip it due to my large down payment. The catch was I had to decide immediately, because it was scheduled to happen the next morning. I agreed to skip it, only for my realtor to tell me the next day that it had actually happened the previous morning (several hours before ****** call). They were going to charge me $260 for ****** disorganization, but my realtor immediately ******** me the money to give **** time to organize himself. It was sloppy and loaded with false urgency.
  Then there's the matter of ****** ************* communication style. Conversations are one-sided, seeming as though he loves to hear himself speak and is over-caffeinated. Sometimes the poor communication has only mild consequences, like when he boldly claimed ************* market appreciated 8% over the last 20 years. That figure is easily disputed with a simple ****** search, but we can chalk that up to overenthusiasm. Other times, his poor communication has severe consequences. About a week before closing, he increased my interest rate by 0.25%. After calling him immediately, he insisted I let him float the rate (to which I never verbalized), that this last minute change was standard, and that I would know better if I had already bought a house. The thing is, this is my second home purchase. I had to tell him that three times before he finally registered what I was saying. He gets lost in monologues and forgets conversations should be two-sided. On that call, he was incredibly unprofessional, demeaning, and defensive.
  Overall, I am extremely unsatisfied with ****** performance and am surprised at the variety of his shortcomings.

  ***** was helpful every step of the way with our loan process. We were able to get pre-approved quickly and he ensured that everything went smoothly with the actual processing of the loan which we are grateful for since we ended up with kind of a quick turn around time going under contract for our house. All of the necessary documents were explained well, and he responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. Very professional and easy to work with!

  If I could give 100 stars for Brian's service, I would!! This was my first home purchase and Brian not only made me feel confident in the purchase but also made it so easy. Communication was excellent, questions were answered immediately and his friendly and supportive attitude made me feel extremely secure with the process. We were under a time crunch over the end of the year holidays and he worked diligently to get everything across the finish line in time. I can't thank him and his team enough. I highly recommend Brian and CMG Home Loans to everyone purchasing a home!!

Despite a lengthy negotiation with the sellers agent that lasted about five months, ****** and her team were consistently prompt, communicative, and supportive right up until we closed escrow. Everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend her services.Throughout the loan application, ****** was always available for our calls and emails, providing timely updates on our mortgage application status.   The BEST in customer service, professionalism, and expert lending knowledge, ****** at CMG was incredible to work with. The entire process was smooth, flawless and seemed almost effortless with exceptional results. ****** was one of the suggested lenders for my new home purchase financing and I'm so delighted I selected her and CMG. She responded promptly to my inquiry and processed my application immediately. My loan was approved quickly. She was in constant communication with market trends, financial strategies, and authentic warm support throughout the entire journey. I knew I was in the best hands possible with ******. She even worked on the weekends and off hours when myself or my realtor had questions or needed important documents.
