      DO NOT USE!! Getting the loan is a reasonable good experience. That is where it ends. DO NOT let this company service your escrow account/loan. In 2 years, Ive had 3 separate failures to properly service the loan. My escrow is currently (according to them) 5 grand upside down and my payment for a year has gone up 800 dollars. That would mean my taxes went up over 150%. I have actually cut a check to my county because they were going to put a lien on my home. Zero communication. Its been almost a month, no resolution. I AM SELLING MY HOUSE.

      Excellent customer service! Keeping us informed all along the financing process. A great team to work with and very personable. Seems like they specialize in accomplishing financing in difficult situations. Recommend CMG for future mortgage financing.

      CMG mortgage has owed me a check for $379 due to overpaid escrow since June 20th. The check was obviously never sent. I have called them multiple times since mid/late August. I have been lied to multiple times as well. I was told a week or two ago that I should receive the check by the end of September. I called them again today (October 13th) and I was told that the amount is still under review. Then I was told to just call back Monday... which translates to someone did not do their job AGAIN. I am so fed up with big banks. They want their money on time but they do not think the same rules apply to them. It has been almost 4 months. I am livid.

      ***************************** along with his team ************************* and *************** are absolutely phenomenal!!!Together at CMG they went above and beyond for me to guarantee that I got my house refinanced after a divorce with the lowest interest rate tangible. After all the other mortgage lenders told me it was impossible for them to refinance me, my only option was to sale. CMG literally walked on water for me!!!Thank you *****, ****** and ********!!! While all odds were against me you still managed to save me from having to sale my beautiful house.

      ***** *** was an incredible help and guide along the way for our loan. She is realistic and thoughtful in her approaches and possible financing options. She wont let you get in over your head and makes sure you understand rate lock options. ***** *** was also always available and got back to our inquiries quickly and efficiently! Love her!

      The build process was long but ****'s team stayed patient with us. They kept us updated as much as they could and would check in with us pretty regularly. It was actually their team that got the ball rolling on a closing date. Great people, great team, great service.

      ****** was amazing. Very key member of the team to make our home purchase a reality. She communicates quickly and is patient to explain all my questions. She was looking out for our best interest. The closing agent commented how nice it was to receive the loan documents early and completed correctly. We would use ****** again (this was our 3rd home loan with her) and recommend others to her frequently.
