      The worst customer service. My issues continue and they cannot resolve my insurance, which i am paying. Had to get ****************** involved, they couldn't even believe the negligence and unprofessionalism in this company. Now all the sudden in the past 4 months, they will not accept auto-pay. They are quick to blame everyone else for the lack of confidence and customer service support..

      If i could have given this company lower rating i would have. started back in April when i donated a portion of my liver to my niece who had a life threatening disease. i was out of work for a total of 6 months receiving minimal income. it wasn't until i was really having financial troubles that they had even offered a restructure of my loan. after multiple attempts on their end to send out "hardship" packs, six to be exact, ii finally got one 2 days go. this was my second attempt to fill this form out to help ease the loss in wages. the first time i was told that 3 packs were sent and i never received a single one. luckily i was able to pay that off. now im back in the same situation after attempting to get back on my feet. i get a call from a very nice and understanding gentleman this morning who was very helpful and he informs me for the first time "you are not allowed to make single payments on your account due to the days late. this is completely different from what I was told in previous conversations by other employees. he then lets me know that a supervisor would need to be called and the manager was *****. ***** told me in the most inappropriate way "ITS ALL OR NOTHING, I CANT HELP YOU". if that isnt customer service Im not sure what is. thank you for taking a tough time in my families lives and making it even harder. so thrilled that your own employees so considerate with your customers.

      I have to do it default on my loan but my mom's doing covid 19 and it has been the terrible experience I've ever received I have some organizations to help me with the money and one of the organizations was *********************** and they're processing the money October 22nd and it still has not been processed yet they just got to check February the vacuum and the lady told me they still aint processed it and tell me that if they process and I'm up-to-date the dancing send them the money back I'll do to terrible customer service I talked to the managers they didn't know nobody knew anything I had to call She didn't get back to me the corporate office and get back to me in a tamley manner it has been terrible customer service between the corporate office and I wouldn't want nobody to go through this when I went to cause you already came pay your bills because of covid then you turn around and nobody even the supervisors in the CMG mortgage people didn't know they didn't gotta get in touch with the ****** and money that I'm getting from agencies I can't get the process and this happened this I was just started in 2022 and here it is 2023 it has been terrible it has melted in mi This has been military and film school it's just a mess I don't know nobody else to go to this note to let you have to go through talking all the different representatives nobody knows anything that you talked to everybody one person tell you this another person tell you that terrible customer service the people need to be trying the supervisors need to be drunk cause they don't know anything either and it's military and fiscally draining Decide more but I don't want to I could write a book about this situation and when I was starting in 2022 with me getting ******

      Bad experience have been trying to resolve an issue for almost 2 months CMG Mortgage did not paying my insurance policy and when the policy was canceled they imposed an insurance policy 10 times more expensive, the only notification i got was a letter in the mail no email call or anything. i did not get the letter in the mail till 3 months after the situation happen. A supervisor at CMG told me i was at fault for not checking my mail and they have millions of customers that dont call or email when an important situation arises.

      I closed with CMG within 21 days. They made the process really easy and simple. They were genuinely there for me throughout the entire process, and as a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions. Even after closing I still reach out to my loan officer when I need any help or have any questions so its nice to be able to have that go to person.

      Absolutely the worst loan administration of any mortgage company I have dealt with.It took 60 days of phone calls just to get the paperwork I needed to apply for a loan assumption. Then it has taken another 30 days just to get them to acknowledge they received the paperwork.We have been requesting the assumption for **************************** the process has started. The customer service and escalation teams are of absolutely no use. They cannot tell the customer anything. The customer cannot talk to or discuss anything with anybody in the departments actually doing the work. And the customer service people can do nothing but read from a computer screen what the status is. Which is typically only "in process". The escalation team member is almost as useless. Ninety days into the process and they have done nothing to start the assumption process.

      Tried to get customer service on the phone - was forced to keep pressing "1" every 30 seconds in order to have the privilege of continuing to wait. Waited for about 7 minutes of this and then hung up. I suppose this is want they want you to do. On the website they tell you that if you sign up for "paperless billing" you can get your tax documents immediately. I signed up and couldn't download the document. Tried again the next day and it still wasn't downloading. Signed back up for mailings, to be able to receive the document by mail. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have a lot of poor reviews. You'd think they might want to do something about their performance. A terrible customer experience which creates a profound lack of trust.

      This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am the trustee of my parents estate and I cannot get anyone on the phone to tell me an exact answer. Today I was told that a copy of the certificate of trust was not sufficient, because my DEAD father couldn't verify it. Instead I was told I had to get something from the court. Either the people they hire have no real knowledge of the legal system, trustees or ***** - or they were willfully vindictive when speaking with customers on the phone. I cannot get any answers because I do not have to go to court to prove I am the trustee. Additionally, they have no email to send this documentation, they would like it mailed or faxed. Hello, **** called and they want their technology back. I hope more people see this and they lose business. What a horrible, horrible company

      I would not wish CMG Financial on my worst enemy. My experience with CMG has been by far one of the most excruciating processes to date. The lack of communication and failure to correct mistakes has been a gruesome process. I started interactions with CMG in 2021 when I purchased my home. Since then, CMG improperly assessed my taxes and increase my mortgage amount 3 fold. After 7 months of weekly calls from me, my mortgage amount was finally corrected. Now, I am waiting for negative credit reporting and late fees to be removed which have yet to happen. After waiting 2 months from sending in a written request, they are now just informing me I need to send in a document with a signature with my request. If you are looking for a mortgage company, DO NOT choose CMG unless you want a terrible experience.
