    I would rather give zero stars!!I placed an order for muddy mats. They said they shipped and then on the day they were to be delivered the tracking showed damaged in shipment and undeliverable. I simply decided it was best to get a refund instead of braving a repeat shipment because I was concerned of the validity of the company after the email responses I sent questioning the delivery issues. The company will respond via email once a day and offered to give $100 gift card and send shipment again. The next day was offering a 30%discount. Then I decided to call and they have had processing errors to refund 2 days in a row and assured they would refund the money once the error is resolved. I feel this company may be a scam?? Close their doors please so this does not happen to anyone else!

    company defrauds by saying buy 1 get 1 then sends you 1 then you text them 5 -6 times they offer you 30 percent off the one rug you have-and I say Id like to have the second rug I was promised -advertisement on their site-then you call them to see if they can resolve the situation and get hung up on.If i could give them less than 1 star I would..I was hoping if they would resolve my issue I would also order 2 runner from them.However I cant even get the first situation resolved-Also when they test you back instead of helping solve the problem they say oh how good their muddy mats work ect...and oh Im sorry your not happy -but never address the sisuation-olny 1 time which Ive already told you about.They also say these aren't sold in stores and yes they are Target sells them half the price as they do.What kind of company just hangs up on customers and dosent solve the issue this one!Please help me if you can I ** very much.

    This company is awful DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM I ordered 2 muddy mats for my childrens dogs mid December for Christmas. A few days before Christmas called. To check I status, was told that color was on back order - never received notification of this. I agreed to accept a different color and they would expedite the order. 10 days later I made another call that color also was on back order but original Color just came available. Was told to make up for this they would send me both colors (4 total) Also included was the grippers. Mid January two mats were delivered to my home in *******, no scrubbers. Another call to muddy mats about the scrubbers, it is being expedited. Today I am in my ******* home and get a notice saying I owe $8.25 for a delivery from catch creation. No t knowing what it was I paid and got a pair of rubber gloves - muddy mats! They look like dishwashing gloves. I called -AGAIN was told I could return them and they would send me a shipping label. But it would cost me to return them so here I am. I paid for a Christmas gift. Muddy mats were supposed to get four mats and scrubbers. Ended up getting two mats a pair of rubber gloves and I had to pay another $8.25. This is a scam company supposedly located in **********.

    Deceiving website with delivery. Website said order within so so hours and guarantee delivery date. Its been past that delivery date and still no ********. Contacted them and was told they have a ***** day window to ship. Website said otherwise. I dont know if the product is good because I have not received it. Cant trust a company willing to deceive a customer to make a sale.

    this company is so shady. I filed a complaint because I didnt receive a rug and then the rug arrived so I withdrew the complaint. It was the wrong color so I tried to contact them to ask about returning it. All of my emails bounced back so I can only conclude that they have blocked me. I decided to call them about a refund. They offered me $100 in gift cards rather than a refund. I refused and then he offered a percentage discount refund on the rug I had ordered. He wore me down, and I finally said yes, just to be finished with this shady company.

    At this point Im not even sure if this company legitimately ships anything at all. Ive been waiting on my order for WEEKS and no one is giving a straight answer about what has happened and now theyve sent me a link to some random shipping number that says its been delivered and I can take my complaints to the post office. The shipping number that they had actually sent for **** initially, still reflects that all theyve done is create a shipping label. This is a fraudulent company and it doesnt need to exist.

    I had a bad experience dealing with this company.. I was supposed to get one ***************** and if I ordered another smaller one, I got it half price and free shipping. didn't order grippers.After a month, I called and that same day it came. I only got the one *****************, and grippers. I called and e-mailed them. I was charged $95.05 on my credit card. The deal was never what I had agreed to. they won't do anything about it so I am stuck with paying this enormous amount. It's unfair that companies can scam old people like this.

    If I could give ZERO I would. Very misleading company, takes your payment and sends an email that a label has been prepared yet after the date of delivery promised (plus extra time since I understand it's the holiday season) I have given up on ever recieving my order--Amazon Shipping says "Stop and Return Request recieved". I've contacted them and get the same lame message and promises--wait ***** hours. I'm tired of excuses and since my order has not been fulfilled or shipped I think they should return all the money they tricked me into sending! Wish I had checked them out on BBB before--their website is definitely misleading and full of tall tales. Very dishonest businees, save your money and time by avoiding them!
