    I ordered 1 bottle 1 time. I was charged and received 6 bottles of concentrate on recurring purchase. I have requested a return label but have an email stating I have to wait for some conditions to be met. I wonder if their co.puters are set to automatically increase the order. So I probably shouldn't use one concentrate. I wish I could talk to a person. I still need bug spray.

    This company is a huge scam as far as placing an order, they after I paid what I thought was 6 bottles for a little under *****. Charged me almost *****. They also said that I asked for a subscription. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. When I tried to contact them by text they told me to go to Ask.com. which I did. They told me it would cost me 1 dollar saying it was refundable. After Ask.com got my credit card number I was sent an invalid web page. They hit my card 5 times for *****. All I wanted to do was cancel my order from BugMd. Luckily my bank declined all 5 charges. **************** is the worst. Now they have reached out to me saying that they would give me a 30 percent discount on my purchase. They also told me I could return the product but good luck trying to do that. Once I placed an order they kept over and over to upsell me. My word it was hard to get off their website. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

    This company **** do not ever order from them they is a scam. I order from on Monday. They said the price was ***** and they charge me ****** dollar and I call them they said my refund will be in my account in 3 to 5 days I want my money back in my account **** the President of this company.

    I greatly recommend no one orders this Product. Over time this company has shown terrible service as well as what some would call fiendish or horrible acts of what are seeming to being scams/fraud. Not to mention they charge you for a refund which is ridiculous.

    Agreeing with others - this is an unscrupulous and poorly organized outfit. I ordered a product weeks ago and keep getting the run around on delivery. Supposedly tomorrow but will see. The old adage tomorrow never comes...They push you to order more and more at every turn. Bugging you while trying to get rid of the other bugs in your life?Look on line for biologically safe terpenes (limonene, cintronellol etc, cheap gin potentially will work too and make your own bug repellents. No need to keep get Bugged by Bug MD. Posting this on LinkedIn too where I have a huge following.[Thinking back I seem to think the order ended up twice what I said my wife to expect.]

    Didn't know I was subscribed to your company. (but I could use the bottle).Honestly, I haven't had the time to try your big spay. We had Hurricane ***** come through, a property dispute with neighbors, husband ill, etc...I will write more after I try the product. Thanks for your understanding.

    This company is a rip off! Not only did they quadruple my first order and charge me four times what I ordered, they have put me on an automatic reoccurring billing, which I never asked for. They are making my life a living hell! Do not buy from BugMD!!!!!!!

    I have multiple cats cuz I rescue strays left in my neighborhood. We had fleas bad I received the product today and the fleas was dieing instantly. Plus I received more products then what I ordered witch made me very happy. You guys save our cats lives cause no other products have helped with the fleas this year. Thank you so much. I will be ordering more.
