    I ordered, then cancelled order within 3 minutes. Nothing they could do and all it was was computer generated emails. Finally, got email on what to do for refund... But now let's wait longer for product to arrive so I can immediately turn it around and pay $17 to *** it back to them. Package returned (have tracking info). Now I'm being told backlog of refunds, my refund request has been sent to the *************** and once they get it it, I will get a email and then will be 3-5 days before receiving. How ridiculous... Backlog refunds, is not my fault.Feels like they are holding my $55 hostage... I have never had to deal with such a long drawn out process. I don't have your product, i just want my money back.

    Thank you for your feedback. We have several products for cockroaches. Our ********************** is great for on contact and our cockroach catchers are good for keeping the cockroaches at bay.

    I was not disappointed. It helped to drastically reduce the population of cockroaches in my house. My experience with it was very good and would recommend it to any one to try.

    Bug MD is an excellent product!!! We have seen a real problem with bedbugs vanish with the use of this wonderful substance. It is non-toxic, free of harmful chemicals and safe around children and pets. We have been blessed!!!

    I've tried the product for 2 weeks on my dog's, cats and ferrets it seems like it attracts more fleas then it gets rid of! My animals totally hated getting sprayed with it and the smell was not undetectable Can't recommend this product at all

    They say theres no smell. My cat started growling after I sprayed her bed and cat tree. Im returning it. The clove scent is way too strong!

If a pet owner notices any unusual changes in their pet's behavior, they should consult a veterinarian as this could indicate an underlying health issue.

    I ordered 4 of the flea termination stations. I only opened , used 1 of the 4. Not impressed with it. I contacted them to return the remaining 3 unopened stations. Took 3 days to get an agent reply. Was told I would receive an RMA #. That has been almost 2 wks ago. Still waiting. I just want my refund for the 3 unused stations. Have sent 2 or 3 more emails without reply. I will not purchase from them again. I don't recommend them at all. Poor customer service. I don't like being lied to.

    Thank you for your followup. Our records show that we emailed on Dec 05 and informed you that you do NOT need to return the item and that we will issue a full refund. We asked for the batch number on the item. Our team just replied again.
